@@TheNotedAnatomist Yes! Dr Morton! You did help a lot of us out when we understand nothing from teachers that teaches without any passion and just wanted to finish their lecture and go home. I honestly thought Ventricles were filled with neurons until I saw your video... Yeah, I know I am not bright, but your video helped me out and I am now lesser of an idiot!

You explained the anatomy in such an awesome manner that it has made the anatomy of the brain clearest ever, why wasn't it available when we were in medical college.

Thanks Zahida
Not only did I learn the keypoints in a mere 8 minutes, I also found it fun hearing your lecture. You are not toxic and complicated like how other professors are and I like your voice especially when you make sound effects yourself. I also do that when I read by myself ^_^

These videos are absolutely amazing. Thank you so much. Finally someone who has a great pace, extreme clarity and just a pinch of humour. Love it! Thank you so much!
"Amazing lecture" is not enough
man.. one minute into the video and you've already explained why the ventricles are named the way they are. i just read a chapter of my textbook on telencephalon and still didn't understand why only the 3rd and 4th ventricles have the numbers in their names, now it makes sense that the lateral ventricles are the 1st and 2nd. thank you for making these videos
The time I struggling with anatomy and then you emerged as a saviour tons of thanks just awesome and blessed keep going sir that's all in a nut shell 😆
The fun fact that he taught this in a way that a Guy from engineering who is currently doing MBA has understood this concept..is commendable. Thank God for KZread and People Like You. Phenomenal Place where we Humans have reached to and will continue going
Thank you for this! I am in Central neuro anatomy and we cannot use the cadaver labs so I have been looking for supplemental lectures. Thank you!
You just made studying for Step 1 fun again. Truly a fantastic video, thank you!!
As a student, your teaching style works so well for me! :) Anatomy is so hard to visualize when just reading it from a book. The flow of your lecture + visuals are truly helpful. Thank you :)
Thank you for this. You’re the best anatomy teacher I’ve come across here on youtube. And you’re definitely better than my black and white text book.
This is definitely the best explanation of formation to absorption of CSF. I finally understand this!
Perfect explanation! I'm a first-year psychology student who's currently trying to understand the anatomy of their neuroanatomy topic. My lecturer's explanation isn't bad but you explain it so clearly yet thoroughly that I had no problems understanding it! Additionally, your humour and style of explanation is really refreshing :)
This is the most concise and fun video to learn the flow of CSF! You're truly the best Sir!! The humming in the end is so comforting to hear as well 🤗
Watching your videos makes me change my mind and be an anatomist instead. My comments dont do the justice to how amazing and helpful your videos are. Many Many thanks sir.
No words to describe my gratefulness for such perfect tutorial
This was an "awakening" Need to know this for my surgical tech class and it was SUPER easy to understand and remember!!! THANK YOU!!!
This video made me so happy! I finally understand what is going on. Finding this video was like finding a light chain. I pulled it and marvelled at all I could suddenly see! Thank you!
hahahahahahaha this is the best channel I have ever seen you have a great sense of humour, high energy, good animations and a clear voice with a good microphone.
You are what my college needs desperately
Brilliant, thanks. When I have csf headaches/leaks (from connective tissue deficiency) I first feel great pain/soreness like a pressure around the mid brain (1st & 2nd ventricles), pressing inwards - I feel something converging, pressing my brain in. That’s how it feels. This escalates over a day with nausea. I cannot move my head 2mm without severe pain. The second day the pain has distinctly shifted to the rear of the skull & the 4th ventricle. The neck is very tense & painful. Only with complete stillness the pains gradually diffuse outwards, & then after 3 days an equilibrium is usually restored. I feel that the csf & membranes have restored their balance & the brain is buoyant again. This pattern is repeated exactly each time. I feel I was misdiagnosed with migraine for 50 years. Thankyou again for your clarity.
YOU ARE A SAVIOUR. what a wonderful explanation, you saved me 2 hours of going through snell.
The best anatomist ever 🙌..turns anatomy into a piece of cake

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! you literally answered all of my questions!
Very nice. I'd like to point out another important purpose to CSF, besides cushioning the brain; much like lymph that pulls wastes into lymph vessels and into the blood stream, CSF cleans waste product from nerve activity in the brain and spinal cord. That's why it returns to the blood to be processed from there. If we were unable to clean wastes from everywhere, we could not live. That's why this system also envelopes the central nervous system as it comes out of the cord up to the point it synapsis with the peripheral nerves.
Shingggg! Thank you so much. 😭 Tried learning this during lectures and on my own but I couldn’t get it until I watched this video. Thank you. 😭❤️
