I hope Francis finds a way to preach the Word in Hong Kong again. God has given him a powerful voice and I believe it would be one of the greatest testaments of truth to see a Christian awakening in China.

Ever since I've heard you preach and teach God's Word, I am a fan. More so thankful to God for creating a God fearing Man like you. I also ask for Prayers, for me and my family. I have a 10 year old to care for and things are hard for me. I lost everything and left everything I owned, got out of an abusive/toxic relationship. So I'm in much need of Prayer for job, car, and home. More so continuously seeking God and to get Strong in knowing him. Me and my daughter as well as my three older children. Pastor Chan is pouring out the true battle field of the mind. the waving of back and forth. my opinion he is trying his best to be honest as possible. he s short of an angel like everyone else. no one is perfect so this is great season of honesty

Please, can you guys upload the sermon from louie giglio at passion 2014 (the first sermon at atlanta) , he talks about how Jesus was crushed by God's wrath so that we are crushed by grace, it was amazing!

This sermon does a lot of puffing up man and there is an absence of pointing to Christ's work in order for us to be Children of God. It's fine to point out that we are God's children and he gives promises for us BUT who did these things?? JESUS . When reading 1 Ephesians " ...What are the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints..." one should feel encouragement but most importantly it glories God. When God tells me that I'm his child, gives me his inheritance, life....I don't dwell on that the fact that I'm awesome but that "Damn, Glory to God of everything". Francis doesn't even mention Christ to wrap up his point about what the bible says about God's children. Everything he said is should be pointing to the cross. The bible is about Christ not us!

Sometimes we also need to be reminded of who we are in Christ. A lot of people suffer from identity crisis and need to be reminded. It would be great if we can stop being too critical about what people say and listen from a point of ; what is God saying to me through this message. I have been there and when my eyes were opened to this, it was freeing.

Many interpret the Bible according to what they think it means but we should be interested in What is God is trying to convey. The problem about identity crisis is due to the desire of the self. The bible keeps talking about to deny ourselves. We are the problem! Think about it. Identity is literally all about oneself. But how Great is God that he lifts us up when we are sinners. That's the point I was making. We need to be reminded that we are sinners and that God pours out his mercy towards us! This is great news! Who cares what you or anyone thinks about you? God is telling us that we are his children even when we were his enemies. This sermon lacks this crucial component of what it means to be in Christ. We want to hear wonderful things about us , which is a delight to the eyes. In Genesis the Serpent tempts Eve about how she will be like gods, and Eve saw that the tree was a delight to the eyes! This is deceptiveness of our hearts and we should place our identity in the Cross and not ourselves.

God says that all human are sinners, God said you need God. F. Chan need God's word not the voice in his head.. heart is deceitful.

@@JuelzGreatnessNaaa he is correct. This is straight up exalting man! We are nothing and the fact that God tells us we are his saints and share in his glory should shine on the Goodness of God. This is the problem of Sin... It ALWAYS exalts the self and not God. I don't want to hear how great I am but that God exalts me, a wretched sinner, which then ultimately he receives all the glory. How can God have so much mercy on cockroaches??? Praise be to Christ!!
