Me, at least two or three times a season: "There's no way the Lions can out-Lions themselves again." Lions: "Hold our Koolaid."

The Lions will never fight against mediocrity and on-field opponents as hard as they do detroit media members who criticize them. That's your biggest problem right there. If they made half the effort to win on the field as they do to try to get valenti fired, they might actually win a playoff game more than once in 60 years.

I had an epiphany about the Lions, and that is to NOT allow them to continue to rob me of my time, money, and emotions. Though I realize the impossible is improbable, I'm giving this pathetic organization one more year to show me that they can field a team that can give me 60 minutes of a professional product, and if the results are, "the same as it ever was," I encourage everyone reading this to do what I am going to do. Donate all my Lions gear to charity, divorce the Lions, and become a fan free agent. I haven't worn any Lions attire in over a year, and for my sanity, have come to the conclusion that if I can divorce my wife, and keep moving forward, I sure as hell can do the same for this sad sack of hot caca.

So you’re asking other fans to be a pussy just because you can’t handle, let alone understand that the front office and coaching staff (besides Pasqualoni) is trying to change this god forsaken losing culture to a culture where the players know what the fuck to do on the field and not bitch and complain about the coach? This fanbase is too soft to have any sports in the city of Detroit because all y’all do is complain about shit that a majority of you weren’t even alive to see lol. Y’all are so used to losing that the fanbase subconsciously want the Lions to do shit that causes more losing like firing coaches every 2-4 years and expect the team to go to the super bowl every time they get a new HC

@@Nagi216jf No,were asking them to do one thing professional! Like not taking a whack ass tight end I the draft,who wasn't even the best tight end available! Lions could of had Lamar Jackson,let alone all the other players they could of had!! When the lions blow the draft,then you know nothing bus going to change! The league hates them,the refs hate them, and there fans are teased with a winning season down to the 4th quarter of each game !

Well maybe if the fans will stop bitching and complaining about every coach and let the coach do their job and CHANGE THE DAMN CULTURE, then maybe the Lions will start winning. This fanbase is soft as hell and it’s irritating because I’m a Lions fan too but y’all are just ridiculous. You can’t change a fucking team culture overnight. Especially if you’re a rookie HC and bringing in a winning philosophy from one of the best teams in NFL history. Instead of always blaming the coaches, maybe you should look at the players that are complaining about the practice and other frivolous shit. The players need to stop complaining and do their jobs on the field instead of trying to use this soft ass fanbase’s emotions against the coaches all because the players don’t like him.

@@Nagi216jf nobody wanted Caldwell fired,the Ford's just fired him!! I think he should have stayed,and I definitely knew that Matt Patricia wasn't the saviour of the Lions.. Bill belicheick runs the Patriots defense,and is doing way better then they ever have,while Matt Patricias defense let up a ton of points in the Superbowl against the eagles... But just as I thought,they were way better off with Caldwell!

Nobody has mentioned that the Lions are having a boatload of injuries because of bad training procedures. Belicheck fired Nash at New England, Quinn hired him and now the Lions have an enormous amount of injuries and are just not in shape like other teams. FIRE NASH!...along with Quinn and Patricia...

Jim Caldwell!! Lmao!! They should have let Caldwell stay! Matt Patricia sucks,and the Patriots defense is even better off without him! When the lions can even get a draft right,then I'll get excited... Ben watching the lions for 30 years and there just cursed,when they can put up 30 on offense,they let up 40,, when they can stop teams like the Patriots,saints,ravens from putting up 14 points the lions can only score 6 points... Been that way forever! That added with the lions getting ripped off by the refs every time they even get a chance to win and that just makes it absolutely unwatchable!

@@MSmith5478 your not computing what I'm saying!! I would rather have Caldwell,then having Patricia... Caldwell actually got us farther then alot of others have,and then they just fire him.. They should have gave him 1 or 2 more seasons! When a coach is sweating about losing his job,and can't focus 100% on getting the team in shape and winning,then that's going to be a huge problem! That is a huge problem that they need to fix.. Get a coach and give him time,and don't make the coach wonder if any game could be his last! That's not how you function as a winning organization and I don't care what anyone says..
