Pan seared tuna and spinach with soy sauce with 3 hard boiled eggs, I use this meal all the time when I train for strongman events or when I'm trying to grow muscle and maintain my build. It's extremely high protein and has lots of good vitamins. All around sets you up for a great workout

Novikov, its very important to rinse the rice before eating to remove dirt and other impurities! Great video 🙂💪

That's not necessarily true. It's a valid and common practice in many parts of the world, but not needed in others depending on how the rice is processed.

@@bfollmann even when rice is perfectly clean, people generally clean it to remove some of the starch so its not so sticky. but yeah not necessary I guess

Man the hooper era sucks, I’ve been watching since 1995 and the guy is the least interesting strongman ever. I try to get through his videos and I just can’t. Everyone else is injured or has bad coaching. The sport has become quite dull. Look how big the crowd was for the Arnold just from Thor returning.

Hope your elbow improves. But mostly I wish an end to war and those Putin puppets go home.
