My favourite is that I haven't worn lipstick or lip gloss or anything with colour on my lips. No foundation whatsoever. Although now my money goes more into mascara and eye liner. Weird cos I never wore eye liner prior to the pandemic. I also like that people no longer have to constantly remind me to smile. This is too good 👍

Haha, you are spot on, I've thought about all of these!! I do wish you would have addressed "not believing in" masks because as educators, we must educate people who are denying science and facts. This is the perfect venue because it's not like you're yelling at someone on the street. These science-deniers are one of the reasons we are stuck in a bad position with mitigation of the pandemic as a country, why schools are shut down, businesses are shut down or suffering, nursing homes can have no visitors. Tons of REAL research evidences that masks withhold your own spit droplets 💦 and they also serve as a visual reminder to stay physically distanced from one another. Another benefit is you can't easily put your fingers in your mouth (remember licking your finger to pass out papers?!)! There is also some level of protection from others when you wear a mask, though not 100%, some protection is better than none! I lost a dear family member to this virus in May. It happened so quickly and we can't even safely hold a service. I'm sick of people who think we can get out of a pandemic by living life as normal. Just because we are "over it" doesn't mean the virus will stop doing its virus-thing. For the acne- Have you tried UFO Acne Treatment face oil?? I got it in an IPSY bag and OMG my face is the best it's ever been! I've tried everything over the years. I now have clear skin, zero acne, little redness and it's been a major issue most of my adult life! If you buy it, don't buy it on Amazon, those are fakes. Try Sephora or Ulta. It smells weird and I was afraid rubbing oil in my skin would not be a bright idea, but this stuff works so well for me! I hardly have to wear any make-up! I also do use Clindamycin pledgelets Rx (wipes) from a derm once a week as a toner- pulls out all the gunk and makeup in my pores that I didn't even know I had after washing my face. Thanks for all you do!

Alia Delacour Yes, it does stop the spit droplets but no it does not stop the air molecules. For one: if your mask is not TIGHT to your face air molecules go out the sides. Two: air molecules are so small they just go right through many masks. Also some surgical masks may contain harmful chemicals that you breathe in when you are wearing a mask. Two of my close relatives are doctors who studied viruses for many years. Both of them know that masks don’t prevent the microscopic virus particles from entering your airways. I wear a mask when required because I want to follow the rules and masks don’t personally bother me that much. Do I feel like it is helping me in any way? No. Also if you look ON THE CDC website it shows that 96 percent of COVID deaths are with someone that had a comorbidity . I’m not “not believing in science”. I’m not believing in the people who run our government. I don’t trust them, whether you’re a democrat or a republican you know our government lies. Whether that be Nancy Pelosi, Joe Biden, or Trump. I trust science not the government. Also I am very sorry you lost a family member due to COVID.

    1. Children don't pick on mood change, impatience or whatever. No energy we send gets to them. They focus on our eyes which for me is a good thing because I love the eye to eye honest connection it builds. I feel that I have not had to get angry or lose my cool, in fact, I've been able to enjoy and send positive energy while getting my message through and that's a blessing. 2. You can preserve your good energy no matter what happens, inside your mask you are not as affected by other people's energies. So do you agree?

The only real good thing about wearing masks is that you get to customize them

Or you could move to Australia. I heard they don’t have to wear masks. Koalas here I come! Btw, I’m not trying to insult Australians. I’m just kidding.

I can't wear a mask. Not "I won't" or "I don't like it" - I can't, not for more than about 10 minutes at a time. I have a hidden disability and a panic disorder - in the UK this means I am protected by the law and am exempt from mandatory masks but I *must* uphold social distancing. Please please please don't yell at people who aren't wearing masks because some of us can't even though we want to. I really wish I could because it's a national effort and it's important. I'm sick of people accusing me of being a super-spreader or a conspiracy theorist who believes COVID is a hoax when I'm just trying to get my basic groceries at the supermarket or attend one of my three weekly classes at uni. Not all disabilities are visible.
