Lol true but there are a good amount of people who have their cameras on but we're always on mute unless if we want to make a comment/question. Sometimes people won't even answer the teacher's simple questions like "can you see this?" "are we good?" "do we understand?" After a long awkward pause of nobody answering back, I feel bad for them and I just answer them. It's not like it's hard anyway and besides, ALL of my teachers are extremely nice and they don't deserve that crap that I've done and am guilty of doing. Oh also, I personally dont angle my camera at the ceiling or anything, I just keep my camera off or if I have to show my face, I'll turn it on while my room is dark (you can still see my face so its not too dark and I just use natural lighting.) Just be nice to your teachers and dont put Zoom in gallery mode. I find that I feel more anxious when I see everyone's faces while I'm speaking and it's also pretty distracting. Sorry for oversharing. I tend to do that a lot 😅

During my last summer semester, some guy in the background during zoom meetings would always agree with the professor on whatever she said, whether he understood or not. He'd keep going "facts, facts, that's facts, that's what's up" the entire duration of the lecture. It was so funny. No, one of the kids in my class was watching KZread but had his mic on. He was watching something very violent. His mic was on, and while the teacher was explaining some Physics we heard (very loud) from his mic being on, a KZread Video intro saying "What's up everyone? I'm kind of laughing right now my little sister definitely fits into the animal show off category I always over hear her getting distracted from her homework because she was showing the teacher all of our animals it's kind of hilarious noting that we live on a farm and have over 150+ animals that she has memorized all the names for I kind of feel bad for the teacher trying to tell her anything 👍👍😂😂😂

I still have no idea how a teacher could be this nice lol if they don't see you, you get a 5 minute lecture then if they use your class's recess( or break time), they blame you for that, also not turning on your cam or if your mic/cam doesn't work, you are "absent".
