Always learn to form you. Great instructor!! Just so you know, I've been practicing the double punch on the speed bag and I am beginning to get it down. Although I like and respect the skill the other tricks take to perfect, the double punch is a more interesting trick than most of the ones you've taught me. I also see what you mean regarding the first roll. It is cool to do but it doesn't have a great benefit that I can see. In a short while, I'm going to make a video of the tricks I've learned from you and I'm going to post them on youtube giving you a big shout out for you're online mentorship. I have learned from others online but without a doubt, I have learned to be proficient and patient as a result of your teaching. Like you always say, Speed and power are the enemies of technique. Having a blast getting good at this. Thanks to you!!
