You want to talk about “The Establishment”? You can’t get anymore establishment than Hollywood. This family is disturbing and disgusting. Something just isn’t right with them. They are not what they appear to be. It’s a known fact that many young child actors and actresses get taken advantage of from an early age in Hollywood. I understand family loyalty. However they need to understand this is not a difference between their brothers story and the polices story, it between jussie smollett and the 2 nigerian brothers, they are the 2 parties that have different stories. I don't like the fact that they and BLM have publicly cast this as being whether jussie smollett is telling the truth or the police, thats deliberately trying to confuse the public about the situation, I suspect in hopes that people see this as the police persecuting a black man which strikes me as a dirty political trick and completely untrue. If they believe their brothers version of events then they need to answer 2 questions. 1. Why did he accept a plea bargain and forfeit his $10k bond and accept 16 hours of community service if the charges were dropped, after he was charged with faking the crime? 2. I think the family feels the need to fight for something even if it means creating it and then playing the victim. I don't understand that twisted mentality because it's exhausting and embarrassing but also I get why they did it. He was a victim of an attack in 2019, two years later he was a victim of false convictions and yesterday he was a victim of being sent to jail for being innocent😂. It's amazing how they call themselves black and fixate their identity around being black when they are actually mixed.... so their dad being white had absolutely no contribution to their genetic pool 😑

I can't figure out if they are ALL liars, or some are liars and the rest are stupid. Hard for me to believe that some of them didn't know or figure out what Jussie did, and continued to lie about.

They're family, I can understand why they support the disgraced liar publicly, but I'm sure in practice they've let him know how disappointed they are in his selfish reckless folly. I hope they can continue to succeed in spite of his crimes.

Didn’t even know the cute little girl from Eve’s Buyoo was a Smollet, or related to her lying big brother, she disappeared after an amazing performance in that movie, and based the list of bad movies she chose afterwards, it appears making bad choices is a Smollet trademark.
