crazy how they are still so relevant so much years later , they been separated more years then they've been the band & we fans are still as dedicated / loyal to them .. they were the best thing in my life at the time , they saved me .. can't thank them enough even though themselves were suffering so much .. heroes! x .. sad how they parted ways , but Louis is really close to niall & liam still which is great .. ps. louis is and always will be my favorite human being x

I truly believe that Simon Cowell said he built One Direction around Liam because he had a Justin Bieber look (who was trending at the time) but Harry Styles just ended up being the front man, in the end it’s up to the fans. I mean my guy didn’t have to come out and say it publicly though😂

Yeah tbh people overrated when Liam said that he was supposed to be the face of 1D because he probably was he was already on the xfactor 2 years before and so when he reauditoned Simon probably wanted to make sure that Liam was to actually make it this time to have a career and so it was probably his plan to make sure he made it but then Harry ended up gaining more popularity and ended up becoming the frontman. Also it just seems like something Simon would say to all of them that they are gonna be the face of 1D

Next time tell their story about being overworked. It's not easy and normal for artist to release an album every year while being on tour every year. O.D.'s time as a boy-band is done. They are men now, growing their own ways. It wouldn't serve the group to get back together, it would diminish what still stands. It would be nice if they supported each other in life but they have their own careers now. If was a fun ride for us and hopefully for them, scars and all.

I Like All One Direction Song

I still love them but at this point I dont think they end the hiatus soon.Maybe 10 years later they release a song or make a reunion special program (as friends did) but no touring or albums.All of them talking about the band as bad days so it is actually sad. I know they overworked and they needed a rest, but this is not a rest, this is a split. And no one was the frontman. At the beginnings it was Liam bcs he had good singing skills but later it was all 5 guys. If Simon loved Liam that much, he should saved him as a solo act.

The released video didn’t necessarily prove that Liam was lying. They had pictures in no particular order and they were throwing them on the table trying to picture what looked good together. Liam was the third added in the line up but that doesn’t mean he was an after thought. I do believe the judges had plans to make him the lead once the band was formed because he had more experience and confidence and you literally see him open almost every single song every week. Him and harry had the most verses in every song. Louis and Niahll were practically back up dances they gave them zero lines sadly. It was bad move to come out and say the whole band was centered around him even if there was a bit of truth to it, it made him look real bad. He sounded drunk quite honestly

The UK is nothing short of brilliant in creating Boyband/Girlbands. They have a better Songwriting Team than The US has had. Even though they had a Paraphernalia Empire at least they got "Paid". Menudo never did. They at least got "Paid" alot of Boyband/Girlband Video.

As much as I love 1D I still feel sorry for all the boy bands before them and after. They will never beat them in success… I mean, they will eventually but it will take them more than 5 years 😅 I also have to say Liam needs a better management. He seems so out of control theses days with his stupid comments on that podcast being the just tip of the iceberg. What is wrong with him? Louis should definitely talk some sense into his bff

Outside of the fandom, 1D is not that big sadly, they could've done so much more with proper management, but it didn't happened. You don't need to feel sorry for other groups, be humble about what they accomplished instead.

@@abs_kuzmin_2010 What does sales have to do with the quality? From the same point of view, Avatar is the greatest movies ever made and Baby Shark is the greatest song of all time. Sales doesn't always go with the quality. The fact is that they are overrated and people are obsessed with them only based on looks (this is overrated too) and nostalgia. Not to mention how toxic their Fandom really is.
