Great on-screen delivery for how and what to do. Short and to the point--no need to have 3 different explanations of how "I" do it. Nice job.

Christina Reynolds I’m right handed but I did a lot of dancing when I was younger and my right leg is a lot more flexible than my left and I think that has something to do with it.

Christina Reynolds crazy!! Lol 😂 I think it’s because when I had to do a pose I relied on my left leg 🦵🏽 to secure my stance and always stretch out my right leg. Like my kicks go higher on my right leg cuz my left is secured to the ground but try and kick with my left NOPE Lol 😂

I have a question. I have been working out on and off at the gym for about 3 years. I have yet to actually finish a workout routine. I guess I would be considered a beginner. What routine or split would you recommend as I now want to focus on my physique and actually finish something I start. I want the routine to be enjoyable.

does it mean that if I have left leg weaker than to correct that imbalance I have to perform more reps on weaker leg and with the stronger leg just maintain the amount of reps till both legs can perform exercise evenly?

Single leg hip thrust is killer single leg/glute isolation. Especially if you do a drop set. 😏

Hi! I have a question that could possibly be interesting to you and that I'm hoping will get answered on one of your podcasts :) I apparently have bradycardia, as verified by my doctor and my mom who is a nurse. My average heart rate is about 58 bpm on good days, though it can go as low as an average of 49 bpm on "worse" days. I don't really feel any negative side-effects of it, but I'm still interested to know if this might have an impact on fat loss, the quality of my exercises and stamina? I seem to have a hard time getting my heart rate up during workouts as well. During a really good lifting session (heavyweights, usually 3-5 sets, 6-8 reps each), it rarely goes above 95 pbm. When doing cardio, it also doesn't really go over 130 bpm (e.g. my runs usually last about 45-60 minutes, I run 8-10 km and my heart rate averages at about 110 bpm). I'd love to hear your thoughts! Oh, and keep up with the great, quality and really captivating content! You all really have inspired me and have helped me get over some major body image issues and what was the beginning of a bad eating disorder. Thank you so, so much!

It stands to reason that it could affect metabolic output due to lower BPM/etc. But overall I do not see it as a massive impairment to fat loss as there are many other factors at play.

While hitting 2 muscle group per week it is necessary to go all out and do 4-5 excercise per body part or should I divide the quantity. Let's say I was doing 4 excercise of Chest and now I'll do 2 excercise on one day and another day again. So basically split the excercise. What do you recommend Danny?
