In the Ninja Woodfire Outdoor BBQ Grill, I am going to be cooking Roast Beef. Not any ordinary Roast Beef, but Dehydrated Wood Fire Roast Beef. Cooked on the Dehydrate setting at 60’C, then Reversed Seared on the Grill Setting, and might sneak some Yorkshire Puddings in on the Roast Setting.

Hey Dutchy. I do mine kind of like yours. Unfortunately, I believe your version will not cold smoke like our US version. I cold smoke mine on the Woodfire for a an hour or so but no more then two hours because of bacteria risk at the low temps. Then I cook mine in the Sous Vide 12-24 hours at 55 degrees celcius / 131 Fahrenheit. Then I do the quick sear like you, slice and eat. It is fabulous super thinly sliced on a meat slicer if available. Great job on your version too. 👍

Yeah, unfortunately we do not have the Cold Smoke setting here in the UK! Cannot understand Ninja leaving a function off that they have developed! I used to do a lot of Sous Vide cook, especially when I was running my catering company.

You can just set it away smoking, then switch it off and the smoke will continue. Or get a tube & butane torch works a treat.
