By anime logic, makes sense Ai wins. He wasn’t actually “evil,” he had additional plot armor, and values Kuriboh support! Yes, I’m extremely biased, but I’m so happy for my boy!

Since you change some of the ruels and got people helping, you could maybe remake the first videos of this series

- I knew Zarc was gonna be a disappointment but i did not expect it to go onto a topdeck battle like that. - Yami Barkura got done dirty once again. - I didnt expect Yami Marik of all people to do so well in the tournament. I was expecting Ai to win tho.

Glad to see my boy Yami Marik doing so well. Maybe now is a good idea to have a tournament where every winner from every previous tournament gets to participate to see who's ultimately the best duelist.

I was expecting to see Don Thousand in this tournament.

Don Thousand probably wasnt used because he didnt have enough of a main deck, but I feel like Numeron would have swept the tournament

I almost came when, after, through commitance on Yugioh I saw almost every episode of Zexal (from Sophomore/ Junior year+!) in continuity after most of the beginning season (basically sporadically reaching a binge-point early (1- 15 or so some skip), I saw On Thousand pull a Kuja-Necron-Zorc (Final Fantasy). Later, I had to force a scoff at it as it competed with Z'arcs... forces.

These are always so hype, i wouldnt mind repeats in the future to see different matchups too!

I liked this format more of this as long as the videos don't drag on this one was perfect.

I'd say movie villains but I don't think there's a lot plus it would just end up Malefics vs Cubes

thank you so much I been waiting for this video since the first video of this series.

Please do a remake of the best protagonist and main female character duels. We, as the viewers and Yu-Gi-Oh fans will appreciate it a lot.

Maybe I should start one of those day counters for Vector to get new support. He's the most under-supported of all the Barian Emperors.... Ok maybe he ties for that position. The Barian Emperors are one of the coolest villain groups in the franchise and could cause some spectacular legacy support, but Konami is holding out on us.

Okay, I've an interesting idea for the next tournament and this one is a collab tournament with characters from Shadowverse anime using decks from Yugioh. I know you don't know much about Shadowverse, that's understandable and I'm the guy who got the answers right here. So, if you want to talk about Shadowverse, I'm all ears. Anyway, here's the 8 characters with the decks of my best choices: 1. Hiro Ryugasaki (Albaz) 2. Tsubasa Takanashi (Gem Knights) 3. Kai Ijūin (Endymion) 4. Luca Yonazuki (Vampire) 5. Mimori Amamiya (Aromage) 6. Kazuki Shindō (Infernoble Knights) 7. Alice Kurobane (Red-Eyes Zombie Dragon) 8. Light Tenryu (Dragunity)

None of this could be Canon, we all know Marik only wins with technicalities.

Very impressive from Marik. I thought he was gonna take it! But the Arrival....

I would love to see a best out of 3 of the final two characters. I feel Marik would win the second duel against A.I. and the 3rd match would be the tie breaker. 🤷🏽‍♂️

You should re-do the earlier tournaments in this style then do a few more until you can have a Winners tournament

With the new Yubel support cards coming in Master Duel next month in July next week, it feels off to have Yubel in this list. Then again, their/her deck would been too broken for this tournament.

Before watching I predict that the finals will be Ai vs Zarc and Zarc will win the tournament. I'm glad Ai won the tournament. Marik's performance was phenomenal. I truly underestimated the power of the Ra support it was insane! Jc and his team continue to knock it out of the park with these Tournaments!

Feel like you have the opposite effect if you use support Because then the character with the most new support wins which has has the same effect as the new series winning Also its barely even a character deck at that point, since it's based on the archetype not the character

I can make an edopro script where they use the cards they used in the anime based on the results of this tournament if you want

Sadly it’s was just to hard to bring out Z-ARK and also Z-ARC would be too useless because Z-ones Timelords cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects so Zark has nothing to get around that. Zark is very strong don’t get me wrong, but Z-one was just a bad first round match up

Disappointed A.I. won but these were fun matches! Too bad this wasn't recorded a little later since the new Yubel cards will be added to Master Duel soon.

I believe those antagonists would fall under the same category as Lightning with not having enough of their cards printed. Nightshroud/Darkness you can make a case to include if combining them together as Nightshroud has a good bit of cards printed with the Red Eyes deck he used

Hey Dylan, could you have legendary duels re-do all the character duels where the a.i was used for the dueling action. That way the characters in question would be better represented with their more powerful modern support and we'd have more consistent entertaining duels then what the a.i was capable of.

Hope the next tournament involves my faveret fiendish botanicus Yuri as I would love to see him face of against the entire duel monsters and gx characters in a battle royal.

Call me roboppi cause I'm rooting for Ai the entire time

You should do a tournament with all the winners(and runner ups to round out the bracket)

You should get your friends to go back and redo the old episodes of series with your friends playing the decks. That way, it won’t be so unfair for the characters with older and less supported decks. Say that the results of those old AI tournaments aren’t canon.

If the Yubel support was in MD this would be a bloodbath

I love anime decks from all gens, just less the Arc V but Vrains ones are just too stong compare to the others when you make anime 100% accurate decks. Yusaku/Playmakers's one can make extra link in 2 turns with this anime only cards

Revolver was a villain in S1, and he was barely rival in general, he could've being in this tournament

Shame Bakura’s new stuff isn’t in MD yet. I wonder if it would have helped.

I agree it would’ve helped but he still need a lot more support to even stand a chance. Using his deck was rough. He needs 2 new waves of support to make him good

It’s a shame Master Duel doesn’t involve Rush Duels and I’m not sure how many of his cards have been made for modern day play yet I think Kuaidul would’ve been involved if both these factors were the case 😃😃

Don Thousand only has 5 Main Deck cards that have been printed, so at best he's got 15 cards. Even if you gave him consistency boosters like Pathfinder, Piri Reis Map & Terraforming, and his related 'Thousand' cards, he'd still be a long way from 40. Vector used 3 (technically 4 but Shining isn't a thing) different decks so he's got way more to work with, even if the decks themselves are really bad lmao.

Are you giving the old school characters the anime only spell and trap cards 🤔 that would even the playing field. And yubel with the new support would clean up
