The Ultimate Super Bowl Sandwich

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

I’m tired of eating bite-sized sandwiches at parties, and they definitely don't have homemade mortadella

As a Swede, this felt somewhat close to home. Here in Sweden we have a "dish" called "Smörgåstårta", or "Sandwich cake" in English. It's exactly as it sounds, it's a cake, but also a sandwich. It's pure scandinavian cuisine at it's heart. Loads of weird meats and fish, and also some exotic influenses like some fruits which came to Sweden and was populized during the 80's. I, and most likely every Swedish sub, would LOVE to see you make one!

Also, I think I'd make this with just turkish bread, toasted lightly under a broiler if you want a single large piece, or in a toaster for individual servings, and done as a single layer sandwich rather than the double for easier consumption.
