    I can understand why this video was so short. But, I personally love the drive to the place, and the explanations of technique to get quality versions of the food Josh buys. Keep doing what you've been doing Josh. No need to bow to these awful KZread algorithms and folks with Tik Tock attention span.

    unfortunately that's just not how it works if you wanna make money. look at his videos from 3-4 years ago, and look at his videos now. 100x more energy, 100x faster, and he gets 10-100x the views. this is just what people like (or have been conditioned to like)

    @@mist4488 I woundnt say there's a decline in quality, if anything his production quality increased ever since he got a whole crew. He's just doing significantly different content that focuses more on being entertaining rather than educational This just isn't the channel if you want that kinda content, I'd suggest Adam Ragusea, Ethan Chlebowski, and J Kenji if you wanna actually learn stuff

    @@htownand4746 If its clean you can reuse it, if its dirty or once it gets dirty you can put it in a plastic container and toss it. I also suggest wrapping that container in a zip locked bag to ensure it won't spill in you trash can.

    @@htownand4746 let it cool, and put it in a glass container to store for next fry, until oil is dark brown, otherwise you’ll grab a degreaser, or oil bonder, and mix it with the oil till safely able to be disposed of in trash bags, do not pour it down the drain

    This may have been one of my favorite episodes to watch you make the sauces and to really see your chef skills as if you were in a restaurant. It's fun to see what you would like in that type setting. Love the content!

    I’ll be honest, the sauces are what keep me coming back. Bring sauces to the pot luck cookout and everyone will love you. Also work great when you’re riding the subway to get there. That said, my fave Boston wing place in the 90s had a pterodactyl sauce (BBQ teriyaki) and I’ve been longing for a great recipe. Asking folks to describe favorite dishes from closed places and creating your version would be a great series.

    Food being solid has nothing to do with it being on "but better". Anything a pro kitchen can crank out hundreds of in a lunch rush can be made better given lots of time and the right ingredients, skills, etc. Making a dozen different sauces in an hour is real impressive though.

    I can agree wingstop louisiana rub is pretty damn good my favorite favor their. Having had the LR wings and sandwhich josh added extra stuff thatll make his sandwhich bettter outside of just seasoning and sauce. But since LR Won a round it shows how good their recipe is for the rub

    Most accurate sentence when you're using sharp knives : "Did I cut myself ?" Only the bitchy lemons, chili oils, or cleaning sprays (etc) will reveal the hidden cuts haha

    @@htownand4746 Strain it. Cool it. Refrigerate it. Use it again. No bacteria can survive 350 degrees. I grew up on crisco. My mom would strain it but never refrigerated it. It would go in a coffee can on back of the stove to be used next time.

    @@htownand4746 Straining is good like Phil said, I take it a step further and run it through a coffee filter at 350 into big mason jars (I use a pour-over coffee thing). I toss it after about 5 frying sessions if it's vegetable oil, 8 or 10 if it's peanut (stuff's expensive). If you don't know how not to crack glass with high temps, do not attempt.

    I've only had wings from Wing Stop, I didn't know until now that they have other things. I think I'd be more likely to want to try yours than theirs though. I can be really picky when it comes to fried chicken, it has to be just right, or I won't eat it!!

    I don't know Josh, the editing of this and the last video don't have the same sense of cohesion the rest of them usually have. This one felt way too fast, and you didn't have the usual explanation of what made your food more preferable to the Wingstop sandwiches. Your videos are usually relaxing and easy to digest, but this one felt way too fast to be enjoyable. I don't know if it's because of a new editor or something, but it doesn't feel like a Weismann joint, if you catch my meaning.
