Mike is throwing golden nuggets of knowledge in every video. May be like 5 or 10 tips, even if one sticks it is a huge benefit. I've been an athlete all my life, but got into bb a couple of years ago. This man's tips are blowing up my muscles! Thank you man,you are awesome!

This video is probably one of the most important. Rewind, play, rewind, play. I think that’s what made your videos more prevalent to alot of people is calling out short comings of movements right down to basics and setup. Love your vids Mike!! Excited for your Arnold vid!! Have an awesome week!!😎👊

Funny you mention the part about free information. Ppl will criticize or barely care about the content but then go pay a trainer hundreds of dollars before reaping the benefits of free content. Paying close attention to everything you put out! Thank you!! 💯🤙

I watch your videos, especially certain exercises over and over again to get the right angles, where the breaks occur, etc and it's improved my training 100%. Thank you.

It's kinda hard to watch bodybuilders train because their movements will look different than the average dude. They have to move differently because of their size. They are still doing the right form and range it just looks like they aren't. Ppl like Mike who can break it down and explain it in a way that makes sense is super necessary. If you can't get it from what Mike is saying then you probably shouldn't train with weights.

I feel like with MVW you have to be at a point where youre ready to be accountable to yourself for form. I got to 280lbs a couple times and Im big but to look great and big I need to fix my presses, my pulls because im not utilizing the lat correctly. God i watched mikes cable tricep superset two years ago and went and incorporated it and my triceps blew up… ive added an inch to my arms in the last year. But yea, people that find rudimentary chunks of success in the gym usually dont wanna hear anything. He can teach anybody something. Awesome dude

You have to understand that yes it’s day one shit but no one explains the nuances like you do. No one. I prefer that you give us one body part and go into great detail. I no longer lift heavy just for the sake of lifting heavy. I’m 54 and want to keep at this for another 30 years or more. I’ll accept you scolding us but you have to keep giving us nuance in return. 😂

Hey!!!! Problem is these young guys think strength training is self explanatory, using much too heavy weight and not even using the muscle the exercise is intended for . They think by yanking on as much weight as they can they will get gigantic muscles.?there are like four people at my gym who know what they are doing and it’s a very big gym. One is a guy who has exercise degree from Cortland. He’s perfect , work is perfect . Another is a guy who looks like Arnold and works correctly. If you go to a gym without a teacher, sorry you won’t see progress, first learn thee we exercise, then use a weight. The problem is not that they don’t know the exercises, problem is that they don’t want to learn them. Ergo play with phone , throw stuff around and leave, sorry for the rant!
