Love it. All of it. I have a dad and a step-dad, neither of them inspired me. Even my mom inspired me more than they did. Step-dad wasn't even a bad guy, he just didn't make me feel strong. I will make sure my kids won't experience that

My father died when I was nine years, no elder brother and my uncles weren't around. The last day I spoke to my father he told me to be strong and look after the family. It felt overwhelming as a boy to have that thrust upon you. I basically raised myself and became a man on my own. Through trials and tribulations I've gotten to 28 still standing still moving forward despite all the obstacles life has thrown at me and my family. If I am blessed to have a son and raise him I will make sure he understands the importance of inner strength, pride, resolve and the will to never give up... never surrender. (Sorry for the rant btw bro what you said just hit me deep in my soul)

My dad died in April, and I’ve recently started working out again, and mixes like this have just made me cry so hard during my workouts, it’s kind of cathartic but it really pushes me through it. Especially hearing “I’m my fathers son” I love my dad and will make him proud.

Very much so friend very much so. I cried myself through a leg day one day while. My grandad was passing in hospital. Moments like this you should cherish because it's so surreal. You're showing not just your mind but your body that you can push through things even when you in your most vulnerable state!! Like there and then, real life. Crying before a set how much more of a real thing do you need. If you're ever stuck you can always remember back to that time ans think I made it through that I can handle more and I know I have more strength 💪. Hope you're well to this day.

I've always been heavy set and a while back ago,I tried to exercise and lose my weight but I could never keep up with it,now I'm doing 100 pushups and situps and a 5 minute jog. Dragon ball z and my family the loss of those in my life I've loved dearly,I use that pain to keep myself pushing to higher heights,Ive given myself the motivation and the mindset to keep going even when I know I can't there are no limits
