It looks great! the memorabilia, is a bit cluttered for my personal taste tho. I totally get it, But i just like stark environments
Aerobar on the kids bike!? That is so cute
A splendid Pain Cave & a smiling Fraser !!! That's made my day !!!

For a pro setup that was planned ahead , TV screens are definitely too high.
Awesome to have you back Fraser!
Hope you are keeoing well Frazer, you got us worried. Maybe Luke & Beth could show us around Noosa sometime. It's a bucket list destination.
Welcome back Frazier! Good to have you back mate
Love to see this 😍
Love the OCD level of attention to detail!!
How did you mount the TVs? ......uhhm with my manliness 🤣 🤣
love the kids bikes!!!
So many glasses 👓 . Great pain cave! 😀
Great video!
That green tt bike looks really nice
That is a nice garage floor!
Thats my dream setup right there
I got my own pain cave at home😅 will be making a video about it some time👌🏽
I'm not even a tri guy but these vids are sweet!
more more more! :D
Incredible garage guys ! Have you considered lowering your monitor heights ? I started with mine being wall mounted like yours but eventually mounted my TV on the floor. I was getting neck pain straining to look up. Must be great having two set up's side by side ! Having the displays in front of you must be really motivating. Cheers !
rad. I'm from the Sunshine Coast too
You can’t call it “best” if you don’t have an indoor pool! Nonetheless, I love how neat and tidy the place is.
Did i Just saw an areobars on kids bike? Hahaha😂😂👍👍😀😀
The name "Accenture" just was introduced 2001. It was Andersen Consulting before. The sibling company Arthur Andersen da to stop business after the Enron scandal. So the lycra pants must originate not earlier than 2001.
I have a Keiser M3i but I wish I could buy more weight plates. Can't get them at Amazon, Dicks or Walmart. Love looking at what other people have for training.
Would love to know what the actual Brand name of the rack is
Damn, truly wish I had anywere near that much kit!!!😂

to be fair they own the company
Cool set up. However recommend lowering the screens at least 12” to reduce neck strain. Basically just imagine line of sight. But maybe you are comfortable where they are at. Worth a try though
Do you have a link to your turbo tables ? “Swift desk” You send you got them from China ?
I love triathlon and triathletes: we call ourselves lazy for leaving our shoes on the bike and we do 18km time trials :) We all know the real lazy ones are the ones that keep their shoes on from dismount into transition. nice gym btw.
Suggestion Video: Make a video on how pro male athletes/pro female athletes met their love ones. Like pro and non pro (ex. Sebastian Kienle and Christine Schleifer) , and pro and pro (ex. Team Barclay)
My wife is Australian and I'm Californian. I also have a very strange Cali/Aussie accent.
"that's how you use it, right Lucy"
It's not a pain cave, it's a museum ^^
“Propane propane” - mr lehey
Thought both them had retired already
I sell pro pain and pro pain accessory
Tv should on the floor so your neck will thank you
very awkward interviewer - she seemed fascinated to learn how thing are mounted on walls.
