Zoning out on my aquariums is the main reason I have them, in fact I sometimes have issues watching entire KZread videos because I get distracted by my own four scapes that are right next to my desk! Your cichlid tank is gorgeous, definitely a goal of mine in future. I was hoping to hear more about any issues you have had keeping plants and cichlids together as I'd always been told the cichlids will tear plants up.

You’ve taken cichlid scapes to another level George! Perfect use of plants and layout! Usually when I see African cichlids scapes they don’t interest me because I love plants! I would want this scape in my home! I completely relate to just staring into my scape at home and blocking everything else out! Some people need meds for anxiety or stress when I think maybe if they had aquascapes it might help instead of chemicals! Scaping is my stress relief! Keep on scaping mate!

Really lucky to live near Kev's - when he told me that he still had distant relatives of your fish it made me want them much much more. Your home is looking really good now, that sideboard seems to be taking up space for a tank though...

Beautifully filmed George - very therapeutic. I spend far more time these days just observing my Mbunas than putting my hands in the tank changing things around and chasing numbers. I too have an Oase Highline as the quality of their products is amazing and your first videos when you got these Mbuna back in 2019 inspired me to try it out and four+ years later I have no regrets.

This is an inspiration. I have been interested in Saulosi but I like to have some green in the tank and didn’t think plants could work. Well done.

Really liked the tank setup you have. I have a couple questions if possible since I'm so undecided what type of cichlids to have. If you only have one type of fish, who cleans up the age and floor debris?. My major issue atm is that I want a planted tank but my preferred choice of cichlids like the sevrums mean this not possible, do your fish attack the plants, if not can you please tell me which plants you have in the tank. Thanks for any help cheers

Super, amazing and beautiful❤❤❤ This tank makes me wondering many things. I assume the PH is high more than 8 since it's a cichlid tank, am I right? If so how you handling this with CO2, also it's really amuses me that anubias is doing good with high ph, and also you are watering you garden from this high ph water!!?
