Very nice recipe for sure. The ONLY thing I do differently is I pan fry the shrimp just enough to get some color on them and set them aside until the rest is done, then throw them in the pot and pull it off the heat and let it sit for 5 mins or so. The heat from the dish will finish cooking the shrimp as it absorbs the last bit of moisture in the pot. This makes the shrimp have a bit more POP of flavor and it makes the tails crispy, for those of us who like to eat the shrimp and the tail..... I love me some crispy shrimp tails!

No, they are different. Typically when I use Cajun Seasoning is Slap Ya Momma and Creole Seasoning it's Tony Chefere (I think that's how to spell it)
