This robot I think is going to be fun to play as it plays much like the Luchador. I do find it a bit squishy though in it's current form but remember we also don't have things like Pilot/Pilot skills applied to it.

Anyone who plays wr should have recognized by now that pilot skills and drones make new stuff broken on live server. So if anyone wonders is it really squishy, no it’s not. Stop sugarcoating hard facts so much Adrian. This comes from an top Android clan champs player.

Honestly, Luchador's brand new little Brother, Not only has a similar ability to Him But not gonna lie his geometry looks similar to Luchador's Body as well

I'm kinda happy that my suggestion of an Ultimate Hellburner , Bulgasari , Haechi , or Kumiho came true . But I wish it was an Ultimate Haechi instead .

It's a cross between a Raven and Hover, with a Mercury finish.

helicopter drone, would work for harpy/siren allowing the other pilot to be used, but probably more beneficial with the hawk.

The new weapons seem really strong already, they do more burst damage than the freeze rockets and the tesla guns.

Yeah the new weapons seem really strong. I'd actually be more worried about those weapons than the Ultimate Shocktrains.

They should add a robot with a skill to swap places with enemy bots, will be fun to keep swapping places if we have like number of swap at once like the dash bots, we can use so many tactics in that like we can swap place and bring op enemy bot to our hive and kill him

Adrian I got unknown ochockochi and I want to know which weapons to use. I get killed immediately with the ochockochi when playing close range so I putted the blight and hazzard weapon and it does well

I think if you want it to be a tank you have to have the right modules on it too. Modules, drones and pilot skills will play a big part.

Raptor bot would be a headache for newton user just like how Luchador can form the line into the train formation with it's jumping ability

The player base can criticize everything except for the designs of the robots. Pixonic does really well in that aspect and there's nothing to complain about that imo.

That bot looks really fun to play i actually can't wait for it to be on the live server (if i get my hands on one) also adrian did the fenrir get a nerf if something? It has become incredibly less tanky than it used to be

More an indirect nerf but it's not just to Fenrir, I would imagine all tanks as well. When they changed the charge rates of the mothership it affects your ability to use things like heal. A lot of the tanks and especially Titans will feel a lot weaker now. Not sure if this makes sense?

Just an FYI because someone else asked me if Fenrir is still relevant. I was trying some builds on just the Cryptic Fenrir and if I had 2x Repair Amps, tank skills and defence drones whether it be Armadillo, Seeker, Pascal it generally did well. The other thing I've been messing around is actually that Wodanson pilot which gives you defence points over Bernadette. Generally when you have healing taken away then it's better to go with more resistance which is interesting because I'm doing similar builds for Typhon and Fafnir lately.

We need an ultimate Tyr to have a decent support healing bot again. It's the only one that can't heal grey damage.

Hi Adrian, I just wanted to seek your advice on what to do with the free 250 dgems that pixonic is giving out on day 8. I’m leaning towards spending it on keys so I’ll have around 18,000 in total as I need the weapons for my bots. I’ve seen players suggest that I wait for the deals regarding the titan Vajra/ sonic weapons instead as they are guaranteed which also seems good. Thank you!

I think I'd actually use the jumps on this bot more defensively than offensively. Unless it's a 1v1. It doesn't seem OP as it is but of course this isn't the final version.

I agree the sound of the baby Vampire weapons is really annoying.

That new drone is really good there no point in running the yang lee pilot on the harpy and siren now cause the drone give yoi sheild breaker while your ability is active

Never thought about that but that's a good point. I'll have to remember to try that out when we get the new drone on the live server.

Usually brawling robots become meta. I consider this to be a brawling robot because of how it functions - similar to Luchador. The chances are pretty high I would say.

As mentioned before. Dream Hangars is more of a "filler" series. We recently had a new update which is why I was covering that first. Being that I also haven't covered the new robot along with Ultimate Bulgasari etc yet since they were bugged on the Test Server last week I have to cover that first before doing Dream Hangars. There will likely be a Dream Hangars this week being that I have now covered all the new content.

The idea behind Raptor is like Luchador but it plays more like the Mercury which is fun to play.

I wouldn't really say running out of ideas. I would say doing their research to see which robot and Titans players play most and developing robots based on that - this way they are more likely to sell when released. It's the business side of things unfortunately and most businesses go by what sells based on raw data than coming up with something totally new but risking it not selling at all.

Well, hope they take into account why most players play Luchador... don't have Eiffel or weapons like bending bullets. And the Raptor design is multiple steps back to previous streamlined designs. Like it was made by designer of Griffin and Inquisitor. They are out of ideas

Nah. That's what most players will think but they're actually very smart. They do what most businesses do. I've mentioned this before that if their numbers show that players like the Orkan weapon then they research why. Is it because of the look of the Orkan or is it the type of weapon or maybe the animation? So basically the process would be like this… a) Our data indicate that many players have the Orkan in their hangars b) Is it the damage, is it the look, is it the animation. Maybe it's all of that? c) Our data indicates that most players have it but how much have they spent overall upgrading it or purchasing it or maybe building it in Workshop? d) Let's test a new weapon that is similar but freezes. Rime, Cryo and Glacier are released for testing. If you follow the above it ensures you are releasing content that is more likely to sell backed up by raw data. This also guarantees that you can keep your business running because you are giving your customers what they want. There's a reason why this game has been around for 10 years now and it wasn't by luck.

I honestly am a little disappointed with the design of this one. I get it's modelled after the luchador but damn, going from the walletfinder to this in terms of design is really rough

First they turn the shell into the rook, then go the other way and turn Luchador into a Raptor? Zero originality, Pixonic…. Quite pathetic.
