Before players hate on this robot… a few things to consider. If you have a Pathfinder on your team and you're a free player, this is a HUGE added bonus. If you see an enemy player marked, try to shoot that marked target quickly. By doing this, not only do you get a damage bonus but you also get a speed bonus along with healing. All of these "added bonuses" are free to you until the end of the game and requires no upgrading or using Power Cells on your end.

I think you will go down to subduer Curie when you've used both of your enfeeble abilities (when the red shield is gone) which means they don't get suppressed when they fire at you. It's all about the abilities with Pathfinder from what I've seen. I have noticed that the enfeeble ability is very important. Players instantly getting suppressed at soon as they fire at you is a massive survivability tool. I have actually defeated one up to this point with cryptic Hazard Typhon with ghost skill and seeker drone. I thought I was going to lose but I pulled it off. On Springfield map. I was doing a lot of running and corner shooting though. Lol. I like it. It is strong as are all new bots but it looks like fun to play. I'll have mine very soon! 😁

You could use pascal drone for more damage plus the hunter effect and the special mark that increase incoming damage,The total damage increase of the pascal drone was 42% including the permanent 7% damage increase,the total damage bonus increase of the hunter effect was 120% and 40% damage increase of the special mark that increase incoming damage.

You don't need to. If you have one on your team, when he marks the enemy just shoot the enemy. Even if you assist in the kill you get a damage bonus, speed bonus and healing until your robot dies. It cost you nothing as you didn't need to upgrade your robot or weapons to get that extra damage. Being that you heal too, it also will cut down on your Power Cell usage so you don't spend as much in the long term. What you do however need is a player on your team with one whether it be you or someone else.

@@mythiclegend947 have you played in champions league… not so much time to look where pathfinder is fighting… Only high level players will use pathfinder … so opponents will be also high level players … By the way pathfinder is easy to kill … I killed 5-7 pathfinder with my scorpion and 3 with crisis decay 😁

The term gamechanger would imply there is an underlying game happening. War robots is a gambling simulator.

I mentioned in my live stream on Discord yesterday morning I'll be keeping an eye on that drone because I think as we see more freeze rockets this might actually be a very good drone to use.

Adrian, i have a CC set up request for Pathfinder. Pathfinder, kestrel, 3 new shock weapons, 2x Iimmune Amp, 1 Dmg Amp, two main pilot speed skills. Basically you go as fast as you can with shock weapons. Might recommend Armadillo or shai as a variant.

It’d be funny seeing a titan with those speed bonus plus khepri linked speed bonus too 😆

For those not bothered to read the description: 1. If you get hit by this robot’s ability, prepare to lose your bot 2. This bot is op 3. To make things even better, with the specific pilot everybody on the enemy team can shoot through your shield

Actually a lot of players were negating that lockdown effect when they used Phase Shift. I also noticed some weren't locked down at all and I think it's because they might have had Anticontrol or maybe even Immune Amplifier?

I mention some of the weaknesses at the end - I have a time stamp for that I believe.

From a support standpoint the bots is very good I just wish they didnt give it countersuppresion and made it a bit less tanky

When I saw how fast it was I thought you should use all speed skills and nitro units

I've played a game against you yesterday, we both did +22M damage, pretty good run with your sonic eiffel almost killed me at first..STF player

So i played a match yesterday and one guy only used one Pathfinder scored 10 million just that robot.

I just got a pathfinder, it's in development, not using the ice guns, and i feel like its getting steam rolled. Excepting on 2-3 occasions where i got a living legend.

Imagine if you make a full speed skills on the pathfinder,it will be terrifying to stare at it as how fast it was.. I dare you to try that out..

In Champion league you'll use no more than 2 robots before you drop a titan on average. Not unless you're up against a clan who's running you over.

If they nerf its ability then it becomes useless. Yes, it may have a higher HP than crisis, but I got one, it can go down as fast as anything else. These videos you see here are the best games they had. You think they'll show you a video of it getting blown apart after they spawn?

So, I actually faced a maxed Pathfinder the other day when using my Ult Igniter/ standard ember Fenrir. I killed him but by the end I only had 1 ult igniter🤣 It's squishy if you're persistent enough but tough if you cant out tank it

i dont feel like the robot is the problem actually but rather the weapons that allow it to be absolutely bizarre but hey atleast it doesnt have forcefields, stealth or shields i do think the counter suppression is over the top otherwise i dont think i have a problem with it just broken weapons can make it good but its pretty defenseless plus no emp means my angler and soon to be, ravana are gonna have a field day plus i love how it looks like a grumpy neighbor when it runs fast

I think they buffed the Cryo recently too?

They should have given it three small weapon slot instead of medium so its abilities would make up to its lack of firepower, only then it would have been balanced

I played against pathfinder with ultimate corona who was charged up. He nearly killed my maxed luchador as if he was a titan. The only reason it is not overpowered yet is the stupid titan meta. Once they nerf avalon and eiffel/bedwyr. You will see a monster..

Usually players react this way to anything new for a number of reasons - most times it's because they don't own one and the other reason is because they haven't yet learned how to counter it. They also don't really consider other things. For example… did you know that if I mark a player and if you're on my team if you assist in the kill, you get the following perks? - you get a damage bonus - you get a speed bonus - you get healing The above perks will be active until your robot dies (I'm assuming Titan too). It does not require you to actually have the Pathfinder either which means as a free player you're getting all of those perks for nothing. Being that you heal too if you typically use Repair Unit and Advanced Repair you might even be cutting down on Power Cells too in the long run. From a free player's perspective, I think I rather have a Pathfinder on my team than say an Ocho, Curie or even a Demeter for that matter.

Right now the only way is through the Data Pads I believe. Usually when a new robot/Titan or weapon comes to the live server it's very rare and requires money to get. However I wouldn't just jump into that as it's best to wait a few updates. With time eventually players get components through events to build one plus there's usually a Limited Edition version which has more health. Hope this helps!

It is not the support ability that make this robot broken. It is the suppression idiot thing like newton had before it nerfed that will make this thing another thing to color your frustrations in this game. I mean if they intend to make this a support go make it like crisis. At least if they make it like crisis people will think more about positioning their bot and not just charging on front and decimate those freebies. Not to mention you will likely to meet this mini newton almost in every game if you are in champ league especially if you meet some chinese character name on them lol

I don't think you quite understand what they mean by "support" here. You're referring to guys that hang back and fire from a distance to support their teammates. This isn't like that. With this robot if it's on your team and it marks the enemy player, make sure to fire at that enemy player. Why? Because when you assist or get that kill, you actually get a damage boost along with speed boost and healing until your robot is dead. In other words think of your robot being upgraded without you having to actually upgrade it. With the healing it also costs you less Power Cells since your healing is coming from this robot not your Active Module. I'm not sure if that makes sense? It's similar to the Demeter with Jerry Fortune - in this example you get healing but also a damage bonus by being near the Demeter.

For a support robot, it sure is tanky as heck tbh. The ability is top notch, hell of a good ability where everyone benefits. It looks really cool too. The robot itself is damn near unkillable at times though.

You then shoot that enemy and get an assist. Once that enemy is killed, you now get a damage bonus, speed bonus and I believe healing as well. What did it cost you? Nothing. You didn't have to upgrade your robot or weapon and the chances are you will probably cut down on Power Cells too. What you do however need is someone on your team with one - one they either spent on or won from a giveaway.

I forgot to also mention. The damage bonus and speed bonus will be active until your robot dies. It's basically a temporary upgrade as long as you get an assist or kill.

It no reason for a single bot that's not a titan to take that much damage while playing aggressively and survive. The weapons coo. Leave those. The bot, get rid of it. To those who spend 1000's to get it, then 100's to build the bot, then more 100's to build the weapons to Mk3, be ready for pix to nerf it in 3 months.

I'm not sure if you read the description of it at all but let me break it down for you so that you understand. If I'm on your team and have a Pathfinder, if I mark an enemy player and you shoot that player and we end up killing them, you get the following bonuses. You will get a damage bonus, speed bonus and also some healing until your robot dies. This is especially good for free players because their setup is enhanced without them havin to upgrade it plus they get more healing. More healing is also good because if they typically use things like Repair Unit or Advanced Repair they won't be spending as much Power Cells. If we compare the functionality of this robot to say the Ochokochi or Curie those bots are more focused on one player.

Its actually quite fun to play against and also have on your team, for the reason you pinned above. Not too hard to take down either with a bit of skill / tactical play, but i do wonder when there are multiple versions of this bot in each hangar what the games will look like..

There's actually different ways you can get through the Dagons shield but it depends on your bot/build. For example Harpy and Siren with the pilot has a built-in Shield Breaker. Crisis also has a built-in Shield Breaker with it's ability. You then have the Shield Breaker active module but this requires Power Cells. If you use this then I would recommend using Modules Expert and Quartermaster. The Modules Expert will extend the time that you have Shield Breaker and Quartermaster will cut down on how much Power Cells it cost per activation.

I actually like the bot but why does the shield break have to work for the whole team n am I rite in thinking u don't need line of sight to apply all those effects n did the damage boosts really need to last the entire game. We know from Newton people hate been suppressed just for firing but now it's added to live server it will never go away the fact they always need to go overboard with everything n take forever to put the problems rite is wat I don't like. Funny thing is if I was a free player I'd want to have someone on my team that has this robot. Why? Well… if they mark a player and I end up assisting or even getting the kill I get a damage bonus, speed bonus and healing until my robot dies (I'm assuming it applies to Titans too). What do I need to get these perks? Someone on my team has to have a Pathfinder. It's powerful but also helps the free players in an indirect way - I give the reason for this in my pinned comment. I think I might also start running my Crisis Decay on my Baby Account when I start seeing more of these bots out there.

I think the only way to enjoy this game is to have all the elements of it at the maximum level, otherwise you will have a bad time, especially in lower leagues where they are indestructible. I think it's time to uninstall it and move on to another more fun game.

Weapons are way to OP. Noone wants to die in 2 seconds and this along with the pathfinders abilities will push alot of us normal players out the game. Noone wants to die in 2 seconds, eiffel with bendy bullets is bad enough and now you pushing these new weapons and bot? Dang dude,guess we know whats really up now. This isnt fair to normal players who dont work for pixonic or have BIG BANK ACCOUNTS. Think about us before we all find another game.

Not exactly sure what you mean. At the start of the video I showed the description, I showed the gameplay but also at the end (which I have time stamped) I explained some of the weaknesses I ran into when running it. This is the initial findings - you're not going to get a list of weaknesses or counters after it's only been out for a day or so. This usually takes a few weeks and sometimes more than a month for players (not just myself) to figure out.

Pixonic is just stupid pathfinder is rellay op even scorcher and skadi living legend . At this point adrian is not effective, just say it is really op.

Players will say anything is OP. What players also don't seem to realize is that I'm an experienced player. A lot of the Champion League players I run into are close to max and sure there might be some Master League players but there's definitely far more levelled up players now because of all the discounts and offers. The problem is… many of these players have the equipment but don't really know how to play it yet. I've hit Living Legends with Fafnir Tarans too. Just so that you are aware - the reason why I ran Skadi was because those weapons were buffed. I also ran the Hel weapons and Snaer.

I actually don't just add viewers like that. Usually the ones I add are the ones I get to know for a while in the live stream chat - this is on my Fortnite channel. By watching the stream you also get a sense of how we play so that you fit in better in squad. We've had a number who join and just run off trying to "prove" they're good but end up being more of a liability and costing us games.
