It came with the 'Kollectors Edition' that I was given. Unsure if there's another way to get it

How are you able to do the special moves so fast? A good example of this would be in Combo #24. I keep trying to do it in game but right as I finish the Forward 14, no matter how fast I press the input for the DB4* I just cant get Liu Kang to get it off. Is it because my input window timing is on long?

First off, you should set Ur input timing to at most medium and turn off release check just to make sure. Next, f14 to db4 is something U cancel into. So IMMEDIATELY after you do f14 don't even wait for the animation to finish and do db4. It should be straight away. However, if you just can't get the timing right, don't worry, this combo isnt very viable in a real game since U HAVE to cancel f14 into bd4 which is punishable on block. If you're looking for a good combo to do on neutral try f34 fk b23 ff 333~bf3. F34 is a very good hit confirm and is safe. As for good whiff punishes, I reccomend b23 b23 fk b23 ff 333~bf3. It starts at 10 frames and does alot of a damage. However if you want to punish moves in -7frames, do 12~bf3* ff b23 ff 333~bf3. It has a 6 frame start up and does 32%. Ik I'm 7 months late but I hope this helps

This is my first Mortal Kombat but the input error fucks me up 😂

Ngl a lot of these combos are useless. Why would you ever spend 2 meters for less then 300 damage or 3 metes for less then 400?

This was made in season 1 and is titled beginner to advanced. On top of that, most of these were used by myself to reach Elder God rank. Do with that info what you want =) Thanks for watching
