Tip! Strain the mixture through a sieve beforehand to prevent coffee grounds and spices from getting into the drink.
Essential:
60 ml (2 fl oz) espresso or coffee
30 ml (1 fl oz) rum
1 clove bud
0.5 tsp. ground cinnamon
Sugar to taste
Method:
1.Brew the espresso or coffee using any preferred method.
2.Mix the spices, sugar, coffee, and rum in a mug.
3.Pour it into a serving glass.
