The Ultimate Guide to Shiftiness (Part 1: Fluidity)
Спорт
Every hooper understands the importance of being able to shift your defender with the dribble and create space. Of course, it's a great feeling to be able to have your defender looking foolish, but it's also extremely valuable in terms of getting opportunities for yourself and your team. Check out some of the ways you can get your moves to look more fluid, and overall more effective.

Top quality content. been getting to work myself, dribbling a shit ton. 1.5 to 2 hours a day, 3 weeks going. i don't even have a hoop. the advice is legit, I'm seeing massive improvement and others are noticing. Looking forward to the rest of this series.

Yesssir I was waiting on this one
I'm so glad I'm subscribed to this channel. Such a great teacher.
I’m only halfway through the video and this has already been the most helpful basketball related video I’ve ever watched, clear, concise and with great examples. Thanks so much!
Been waiting for something like this!
To add to this, work on the steps and muscle memory of specific combos from certain spots on the floor and master as many as possible.
Loving your videos. Thanks a lot !
Great Video , it helped me already for sure , just the good vibes it brought me ! Anyway i am almost healed so we'll see how it brings my game to another level. God bless you!

Thaaaaaanks u for another video. I`ve learned a lot because of you.
you have this down to a science. Great vid!
Great video can’t wait to get back in the lab and incorporate this
Getting away from or getting around defenders is really vital in the game. The screen and the pass help, but individual moves/motion is essential. Practice with real opposition and work out to build strength & flexibility.
U just got a new subscriber.... Bad ass channel. I’ll be learning from you for now on..... 🤝
Do a Derrick Rose scoring workout he really changed his style ever since he got injured and he's also added a few moves to his arsenal
Amazing video man 👏
Wish we had someone like you for soccer....
that harden stepback at 5:04 is so cold wtf ❄️
Have to make more on this seried
exquisite breakdowns!
Another thing i think (know) is slept on is dropping your shoulders, using the "athletic position" is good but it's not gonna fake out a good defender unless you dropp your shoulders as if you were to drive.
Very helpful bro… Thanks

That comes with time and experience. Get you a partner and pass him the ball. Set-up game like situations: pick and roll, pick and pop, drive and kick, drop offs

Can you analyze Russel Westbrook new game
So is there drills for all of these ??
Can we please make an attention to detail: Shaquille O'Neal
My knees hurt watching this
Do I have to rotate my hip the way you and Kemba did it cuz it looks like your foots gonna break
GOD bless
@jamal crawford
How do you drop you knee and foot
do you think that the athletic positions, especially dropping your knee and forcing to flex your ankle to that degree, encourages injury? I know guards do this all the time, but its almost as if you're rolling your ankle every time you try to initiate this move.
