Should you mention an email is automated in the email for transparency?

you don't need to, most people already know emails are automated - thats why personalization is highly key, people don't care that emails are automated as long as they feel personalized

I got an issue. When I get a sub from the lead on the website, mailchimp tags it as free download and subscription form. Then my zapier prioritises free download and it sends it to the same tag as if it was a beat download. How do I adjust that?

Free plan just has limits with the number of steps in a zap and total zaps you can run per month

There should be something called “license and contracts” or an option to use the new studio layout on your dashboard to see how mine looks

if you're on the older layout, most of this stuff is found under the "my media" tab on the main dashboard

Nope, (the free plan only allows for an action and 1 trigger) so you can just not do the last step of deleting the contacts automatically and just do that yourself every week or so in mailchimp Once you get above 100 runs tho, you will have to upgrade to a paid

When I test the beatstars to mail chimp process, the contact comes through but the free download tag doesn't. How do I fix that?

That’s strange, the contact should be tagged no problem, I’d try a different email and see if you have the same issue

yes, you wont be making thousands from it, but could still get another few sales and if you dont email them now, in a few months they wont remember you and turn into dead contacts pretty much
