Look up the studies where livestock have been fed biochar. Cows fed biochar at a rate of 1%of their feed show an increased feed conversion ratio. Meaning they gain more weight with the same amount of food because their digestion becomes more efficient. That goes directly against the claim of activated carbon causing nutrient deficiencies.

@@CarbonConscious If you take the charcoal in a window of time that's too close with your vitamins or prescriptions, it will adsorb them so much as if you didn't even take the vitamins or meds.

I use it when I do an extended fast to help with detox symptoms. I’m not an expert but it really helped me.

How much should I take for detox symptoms while fasting. And what are the symptoms you experienced?

Who can seriously note gum recession or tooth decay from charcoal toothpaste? I feel that could be the modern dental conglomerate trying to scare people back into their toxic fluoride pastes. I could see that being a possibility from thicker charcoal powders homemade into toothpastes. But pastes I've used from the store come with no rough textures of powdered charcoal.

Just read the back of a bottle of toothpaste it says if you swallow any amount of the toothpaste you should immediately call Poison Control

Activated charcoal and ash has been used for thousands of years in Africa for mild illnesses such as stomach bloating, cramps, etc...discomforts. Also as tooth cleaner without brushing .

THEY ARE EXTREMELY GOOD FOR MY SKINCARE

Charcoal air filters and tank filters are great when ever I put them in my tanks they really get it looking nice and clean

As an Asian, we use charcoal and sometimes, mixed with apple cider vinegar to fight the toxic smell coming from a newly painted surface.

@@syleethiaholesome2763 in a plastic container, we mixed those 2 materials without a certain proportion but more like of the charcoal not being totally soaked. and if the room is large, I suggest you put multiples of them, having one in each corner.

@@tonylinfreedom we take the capsules once a day. We both used to suffer from IBS and now it's very rare for us to get stomach aches at all. She has had severe food allergies since she was a baby and her numbers had never trended down until she started taking activated charcoal... her allergy numbers have dropped about 50% over the last 2 years now. We do blood tests on her every year so it's easy to track that progress. These are the ways that we know it has helped us... other ways that we don't know for sure or can't really measure, neither of us have gotten the flu, pneumonia, or covid despite the fact that I've been around several positive people. I can't say that it's directly because of activated charcoal, but even if it's indirectly related because of a stronger immune system, it is still worth it to me.
