Thx U Thx U Thx U 😋 Woke up ur Pie which reminds me of my Mami's Piñyon (Puerto Rican version of Sheppard Pie) which consisted of Fried Sweet Plantains, Seasoned Ground Beef & French Cut String Beans. Mami used Egg Frittata on top & bottom of pie & it was made in pie dish & cut like pie. Thxs for waking up memories of my Mami. Yummmmm😋

Hi Chris, I know this is your own version, but my grandmother used to say, " you only boil banana in the skin if you cooking food for pigs'. So, you need to peel the bananas before cooking.... I'm just saying!

Its about an eight of an inch you cut and peel....
