    Just like any body language, this should be taken within context. What may be anxious behaviour for one person can be an expression of happiness for another. Even the same person can display the same behavior in different contexts implying different feelings.

    Deep Breath + Rapid Breathing: Stress, fear, anger, or exercise. Shallow Breath + Rapid Breathing: A sign of fear or anxiety. More shallow = more anxiety. Instructing the person to take large slow breaths can help them calm down. Pressing On Solar Plexus: Pressing/rubbing near the lower chest area, this is a passifying movement because of the nerve endings there. More stressed = pushes harder. Palm On Chest: Sign of sincerity but watch for intention. Honest people do it with more force and use their full hand and vice versa for deceptive people. Collarbone Massage: As it sounds, done when someone is stressed or feels vulnerable. Hand Raking Of Chest: Fingers are curved like a rake and are pressed or moving at the chest area. Sign of anxiety and often seen in a panic attack. Pulling Clothing To Ventilate: A sign that something is wrong, but it can happen for many reasons. Due to weather, exercise, environment, and stress, our body gets hot and we need to ventilate. Body Chill: Some get colder in stressful situations. Others are just cold. Playing With Clothing: a passifying behavior when someone is nervous or in a tense situation, mostly when someone is bored. Leaning Away: When in a interaction and one is leaning away. It is a sign of disagreement, a way to not be associated with what was said. Sitting Back: This is also a sign of disagreement, but also a sign that they want to step away from the conversation for a bit and think. Use other indicators to find the intention. Sitting Forward: Opposite of above, a sign of agreement. Though leaning too much might be indicating that you are too eager, invested, and can come across as desperate. Avoid when negotiating and dating. Belly Away: A vulnerable area, when turned away it is a sign that one is uncomfortable or in dessagreement. Over 30 minutes of facing away from you means they likely want you to leave. Belly Towards: Opposite of above, comfortable or interested in someone. Belly Covering: Using objects of arms to cover up the belly area, this occurs when one is feeling scared or vulnerable. Mirroring: Doing the same movement as some else subconsciously, meaning both people are comfortable or in agreement. Rigid Sitting: Sitting upright and barley moving. A freeze response when someone is really scared, usually seen when one is being interviewed or interrogated. Ejection Seat Effect: when someone is sitting and gripping the edges of their seat/armrest. Also a freeze response when someone is really scared. Slouching: Can mean that someone doesn’t care about the conversation, avoid this in formal settings. Doubling Over: Beginning over with hand on stomach, like they have a somach pain. This is when someone is experiencing emotional termoil. Often when someone receives bad news. Fetal Position: Curled up on themselves, a sign of extreme negative emotions and an attempt to deal with the stress. Belly Movements (Pregnant): When a pregnant woman feels scared they will cover the belly instinctively to protect the baby. Also rubbing their belly to deal with discomfort. Hip Shifting: Usually when shitting. This is a sight of bordom or one is stressed. Can aslo be a sign that someone is tired of sitting to much or to calm themselves down and reduce tension. Hip Rubbing: Another passifying movement when someone is nervous, but also if one has sweaty hands. Hip Rocking: Rocking back and forth while sitting. This is a sign of severe stress and usually seen in those with mental disorders. Hip Swaying: Rocking side to side while sitting is usually out of boredom, the movement replicates the rocking movement of a cradle and is soothing for many. Hips Out: Standing with one leg bend making their butt bigger. Made to grab attention no matter the gender. Often seen in the court process. Genital Framing: Placeing their thumbs inside their belt of pants as a dominance display. Mostly used by men to appear stronger and tougher. Also used to grab attention. Genital Covering: used when one feels anxious to protect vital parts of their body.

(it depends on the situation, example if he/she just finish their sets at the gym it would be normal to see him/her breath like this). 2. Shallow Breath + Rapid Breathing : Sign of fear or anxiety. More shallow = More anxiety Help might be needed : Large breath slowely. 3. Pressing on Solar Plexus : Pacifying movement. More stress = Push harder. 4. Pam on chest : Sign of sincerity. Variants : Honest = Fingers wide apart, Deceptive = Fingertips touching. 5. Collarbone Massage : Sign of stress or vulnerability. Used to relax. 6. Hand Raking of Chest : Sign of anxiety. Panic attacks. 7. Pulling clothing to ventilate : Somethings could be wrong. Body temperature rise when stressed so we might try to ventilate in order to relieve the stress and cool ourselves down. 8. Body Chill : Some people get colder when stressed. 9. Playing with clothing : Pacifying Behaviour. When things are tense Or someone feels nervous. Or when bored. 10. Leaning Away : Sign of disagreement. 11. Sitting Back : Sign of disagreement. Creates distance from the conversation and think. Pay attention to facial expressions. 12. Sitting Forward : Sign of agreement. Too much or too early = too invested or too eager. 13. Belly away : Sign of discomfort. Sign of disagreement. 14. Belly Towards : Sign of interest. Pay attention to what others do. 15. Belly Covering : Used when scared or vulnerable. 16. Mirroring : Sign of comfort or agreement. Often done unconsciously. 17. Rigid Sitting : Seen when really scared. Seen in interviews and interrogations. 18. Ejection Seat Effect : Sign of fear. 19. Slouching : Shows that you are not interested. 20. Doubling Over : Sign of emotional pain. 21. Fetal Position : Sign of extreme negative emotions. Used to deal with stress. 22.     For the belly facing one, some of the military guys here will purposefully angle themselves so that they are not directly "opposing" the person they are talking to, in order to appear less intimidating. Is this also a thing?

    I'd recommend to control it... To a certain extent, and depending on the situation. If you're in a confrontation, or a delicate situation, controlling your body language is very important. If you're around people you'd like to know a bit, you could try to hide a tiny bit of your shyness or negative habits. If you're with friends you've known for long enough, or just close enough friends/ family members, I'd advise you to be natural. I'd recommend you only control your body language to avoid uncomfortable situations if needed. Hope this helps :]

    8:07 I am a boy, I did that unconciously when my chemistry sir got me on the board, I had my Hip out, and sir called out why's your hip out, I dont even know that I tried grabbin' attention, now that I am getting a bit more confident, I unconciously did that otherwise I was more kind of a shy-guy, I would've done something to not recieve attention. I was thinking at the time too that why am I standing with 1 leg pressure. more like a Flamingo.

Palm On Chest: Sign of sincerity but watch for intention. Honest people do it with more force and use their full hand and vice versa for deceptive people. Collarbone Massage: As it sounds, done when someone is stressed or feels vulnerable. Hand Raking Of Chest: Fingers are curved like a rake and are pressed or moving at the chest area. Sign of anxiety and often seen in a panic attack. Pulling Clothing To Ventilate: A sign that something is wrong, but it can happen for many reasons. Due to weather, exercise, environment, and stress, our body gets hot and we need to ventilate. Body Chill: Some get colder in stressful situations. Others are just cold. Playing With Clothing: a passifying behavior when someone is nervous or in a tense situation, mostly when someone is bored. Leaning Away: When in a interaction and one is leaning away. It is a sign of disagreement, a way to not be associated with what was said. Sitting Back: This is also a sign of disagreement, but also a sign that they want to step away from the conversation for a bit and think. Use other indicators to find the intention. Sitting Forward: Opposite of above, a sign of agreement. Though leaning too much might be indicating that you are too eager, invested, and can come across as desperate. Avoid when negotiating and dating. Belly Away: A vulnerable area, when turned away it is a sign that one is uncomfortable or in dessagreement. Over 30 minutes of facing away from you means they likely want you to leave. Belly Towards: Opposite of above, comfortable or interested in someone. Belly Covering: Using objects of arms to cover up the belly area, this occurs when one is feeling scared or vulnerable. Mirroring: Doing the same movement as some else subconsciously, meaning both people are comfortable or in agreement. Rigid Sitting: Sitting upright and barley moving. A freeze response when someone is really scared, usually seen when one is being interviewed or interrogated. Ejection Seat Effect: when someone is sitting and gripping the edges of their seat/armrest. Also a freeze response when someone is really scared. Slouching: Can mean that someone doesn’t care about the conversation, avoid this in formal settings. Doubling Over: Beginning over with hand on stomach, like they have a somach pain. This is when someone is experiencing emotional termoil. Often when someone receives bad news. Fetal Position: Curled up on themselves, a sign of extreme negative emotions and an attempt to deal with the stress. Belly Movements (Pregnant): When a pregnant woman feels scared they will cover the belly instinctively to protect the baby. Also rubbing their belly to deal with discomfort. Hip Shifting: Usually when shitting. This is a sight of bordom or one is stressed. Can aslo be a sign that someone is tired of sitting to much or to calm themselves down and reduce tension. Hip Rubbing: Another passifying movement when someone is nervous, but also if one has sweaty hands. Hip Rocking: Rocking back and forth while sitting. This is a sign of severe stress and usually seen in those with mental disorders. Hip Swaying: Rocking side to side while sitting is usually out of boredom, the movement replicates the rocking movement of a cradle and is soothing for many. Hips Out: Standing with one leg bend making their butt bigger. Made to grab attention no matter the gender. Often seen in the court process. Genital Framing: Placeing their thumbs inside their belt of pants as a dominance display. Mostly used by men to appear stronger and tougher. Also used to grab attention. Genital Covering: used when one feels anxious to protect vital parts of their body.
