HI, the system is called Multidrive, born and bread Australian for the commercial market, Mining etc. In the UAE the distributor for the conversion is www.nsvauto.com. Comes at a price, but oh man well worth it. We tested one not to long ago and its fantastic!

You can order them with a mini garage on the back for either a bike or an atv/utv. A jeep wouldn't fit though, because too heavy. The platforms run on hydraulics.

Most commenters here are pretty cool but I don’t get all the snarky opinions that are dispersed through out. The costs for the twin Toyota’s are probably around 125k apiece and the Mann Unicat is going to be under 1.5 million. A lot of people in the Middle East are into big family get togethers in the desert with the whole family. Either way it’s way cheaper than a lot of holiday homes and massively cheaper than big yachts.

The owner in fact is super rich. Despite wanting to remain anonymous, the logo of his group of companies in UAE is on all his cars. The little upward facing arrow on the extra fuel tank on the back of the 6x6 land cruiser, the side of the 6x6 truck, is Al Futtaim Group of Companies. Great MAN 6x6 truck! But the inside looks like a Hotel Room/Hospital Crossover. Totally not cosy inside. Typical German Super well build but no style :-)

the connection beetwen the chassis and truck is the reinforcing frame. nice cars...

Ok yes, the truck is Unicat. The land cruisers were all done by NSV in Dubai. Top top top workmanship

More likely German or Austrian, or Dutch biggest builders are Action Mobil from Austria, Unicat from Germany, Füss also from Germany (if you go highest End) , Orangework and Blissmonil from the Netherlands.

i wish i could get something as nice as that Land Cruiser single my truck is a 1972 F600 6x6 with a 1986 6.9 liter International Harvester diesel V8 (non turbo) :(... top speed in 4th gear is 65mph floored on flat land super reliable 15 MPG slower than congress

thanks still wish i had more money so i could have top of the line everything but im the base rig for my 4x4 group all food, linen water, fuel, first aid, SAT TV/N64 etc etc come from my truck im the life line i love it because i feel needed

There are similar ones for sale on the Unicat website and on various other sites. Somewhere around 350k to one million euros is typical.

I noticed the Man truck has no spare wheels which is weird, atleast none that are visible. Whats the owners back up for should he lose a wheel or have a flat? His back up Land Cruisers arent carrying the Trucks spare wheels either.

yes you are correct. Each vehicle has sufficient water supply for the amount of occupants it can carry. Also solar as well as additional batteries have been installed to manage each vehicle unique power consumption

I don't see the point, your better off with a 70 series landcruiser 4x4 and camper trailer, you can explore more remote areas and still camp with some comfort.. This thing is a waste of money.

Cool vehicles, crappy video...

It is not overlanding in style as our host claims ... it is overlanding if you are filthy rich. Dubai as the base of operations and the request for anonymity by the owner of the vehicles along with the expat South African 'employee' makes you wonder why the need for such privacy. Shyness about conspicuous consumption or so the great unwashed don't know who they are ? Dubai is all about excess isn't it. What money can buy. Here is another example.

Liz Steeds not sure which expat South African is employed??? I’m by no means employed by this person. Also the anonymity is to avoid other KZreadrs or car shows getting in touch or bothering him to come see his fleet. This was a one off access granted to us as he is a fan of our show.

Who are other 'You Tubers' or car show personnel except the great unwashed anyway ? He is still obscenely wealthy and Dubai is that nexus of great oil wealth, conspicuous consumption and opportunism of those servicing the rich.

@@lizsteeds6697 Hi, Dubai is not where the oil is, Dubai is Tourism and trade, the oil reserves compared to lets say Texas is less than 10% and is therefore not an oil powerhouse if compared. I think you are thinking of Abu Dhabi, or perhaps Saudi, or perhaps Kuwait, or maybe Gas from Qatar. The UAE is made up of 7 Emirates. The industry in Dubai is largely international trade, with most massive international corporate companies based in the free zones. I think you are slightly misinformed regarding the high powered individuals / ceo's / execs running companies like Microsoft, Oracle, and many other brands living the life of absolute security and very low taxes. Its funny how people from the Arab world get flack, but when a person from lets say Monte Carlo gets their collection of supercars reviewed as anonymous it seems to be ok. As for the car shows and you tubers, well i cant think of one car show that has not filmed in the UAE, similarly I can't think of any of the mainstream You tuber that has not filmed in the UAE........ The owner of this fleet trades in retail....
