    I’ve got a very similar build to yours. Only thing I can see missing is a raptor steering with paddle shifters. I’ve got the lariat high package and it was plug and play. No extra wiring needed for the paddles to work. Makes it much more fun to drive.

  • @BackroadDriver

    @BackroadDriver

    2 ай бұрын

    Nah, I can't hear any engine noises that are out of the ordinary. That being said this truck is modified so it makes lots of different noises. You might try running a thicker oil. 5w40 wouldn't be a bad choice on a stock coyote. A lot of people say that the noise is caused by the high pressure fuel pump.

  • @BackroadDriver

    Throw on the headers and see what you think. If it's too loud I would move to the xr1 400115. You will likely need a bullet muffler to go with it after it breaks in. I tried everything and this setup works.

  • @BackroadDriver

    The smallest pulley I'm running is a 3.5. I could go lower with the fuel system but I don't see the point. I'm not trying to squeeze every bit of power I can out of this build. Besides with a level and off-road tires it probably wouldn't put it down. It's already a handful on e85.
