They need to do what Fantasy Island did and get AtmosFEAR in to help them run it because Fear Island looks genuinely impressive. JTH could be brilliant if they had suffocient money and resources.

Atmosfear have left Fear Island this year another company worked on it but I agree having an external company come in and do it would be better as they clearly can’t do it themselves. Sounds like there are too many restrictions in place so I’m not even sure if an external company would touch this with a barge pole

Bumped into you yesterday and had a brief word. Enjoy your vlogs and for the most part your opinions. We had a good laugh and enjoyed the park in the dark. The atmosphere was actually pretty good but the mazes were awful. No story line. Just random actors in random costumes. Icon in the dark was amazing but agree but being allowed on it once was bad. £39.50 was very steep. The place was empty. Enjoyed the roaming actors buts a very very weak event. They need to keep the entire park open and put mazes and zones across the park. Only then could they justify the price. Especially in Blackpool when everyone lives in poverty. Madness

Other than your video I’ve seen one other (that I’ve not watched) from the press event last week lol they obviously didn’t invite many people if any at all this year and yours is probably the 3rd vlog from the event I’ve seen on KZread

All of last years invitees (bar one I think) weren’t invited this year. This year, same as last year, same as any year. I’m always happy to pay but only if I feel / have been told it’s improved. Safe to say I was lied to 😑 so that’s my last JTH unless a big company take over the event

I’m happy to support the park but this was in the hope that improvements were made which was what was adamantly promised to me by staff this year… feel like once again I’ve been conned as it feels like yet another cheap attempt to rip people off and offer nothing in return

Probably for the best. Save your money until they make an event affordable / worth visiting

Tbh I did this for free last year as I worked there last season n it wasn't to bad some night was better than others looks like there's some more effort out into areas this year the dodgems could of been themed awesome but no ghost train looks awesome!

For me, it’s just lazy. When the rides are consistently better than the specific Halloween segments you add then you have a problem. Ghost Train is always solid 💪🏻

In america this event would be cheap regardless of quality considering the size of the park, Are people in the UK just poor now? I thought their prices used to be similar to the US. I think it's time to make a trip. West end is crazy cheap compared to broadway as well.

I’ve done a lot of attractions since so I can’t remember all of them but a gentleman with a top hat on was really good and the lady vampire (with the long hair) definitely stood out in terms of character acting

Absoloutely loved this Vlog! The filter really had me giggling all the way through though. Really unfortunate that the event has remained poor :( Last year was a real giggle but rubbish! They have space to do some great stuff but don't get it right at all!
