There is also an element of distraction used by illusionists there. She goes first to the side of the said ghost, then to the other side, then when she could just go around the side of the ghost directly to the reflection of the TV, she simply does that camera flip (that you mentioned you cant do it while recording - something I didn't knew). But it's pretty clear she avoids the side of the ghost before showing the reflection and doesn't go back and forth to demonstrate there is still nothing there.

If your theory isn't correct, I noticed a sweater on the back of the chair just to the left of her feet. 1:17 It's visible right before she switched to the front facing camera. That's what I think she's seeing in the TV.

Another possibility is that we assume that she is doing a selfie when the video may actually be being taken by another person who then just sits down next to her.

To many people are doing exactly the same thing which makes it completely impossible to take seriously, but, a little fun entertainment, I have a feeling it's some sort of app though, it always seems to be a turned of TV, and the deadest ghost I've ever seen 😄😄😃, but when you loop videos together, all the reflections look the same, so either and app or and actual ghost shape you can buy 😆😃 oh bless their creative hearts 😂😂😂💀🤦‍♀️.

In my opinion, the end of the armrest doesn't resemble what is in her original video. Nor do I think it's the dog. However, I do see just how easy she could have set it up with something. The "hair" of the alleged ghost looks more like a dark towel draped over something, and clearly she avoided panning the camera to that side so as to not sew whatever it was. Plus, she's pretty darn calm for a person having a ghost chilling next to her. This was an obvious fake to me when I'd seen it on "Caspersight"
