Yarimi, most of your Islamic sources are not correct. They are talking about spot forex where your exchanging real currencies not cfd trading. Also that certificate by shaykh hasan qamra is fake. This scholar does not exist and there is zero information on him online. Mufti menk was talking about spot forex currency exchange not cfd derivative trading. However, you do have a few scholars that see it as permissible. Everyone do your own research.

He's saying school don't teach u stuff that helps u irl such as taxes, and being financially free, and going to work 40hours and making 300-400$ is not going to make u financially free because ur spending all of ur time working for a company who are racking in the bigger profits, whereas trading u have 24hours in a day, u can make a weeks wage in less than 10minutes.

Allah is helping you not to take this form of wealth because it will come to you in your grave as a poisonous snake. Cfd’s are haram. This guy is deluding you. Allah curses tho who make halal what is haram. A cfd does not make you own the underlying asset, it’s a derivative, with elements of gambling and interest. It’s even illegal in the USA. Read read study don’t be fooled, this guy has chosen his path and he bringing as many souls as he wants. Allah does not care about Quran when you change what is haram to halal. That is kufr akbar and gets you out of the fold of Islam. Don’t be fooled read why cfd’s are haram so you can understand this can never be halal and it’s riba with gambling elements in it.

No shaykh in his right mind will say it’s permissible because it’s a zero sum game. Akin to gambling and riba involvement. I could go on and on but I have written multiple reactions already in this video comment section. He knows it haram; how can a shaykh make it halal? You are basically gambling against the house either you lose and you pay the broker or you win and the broker pays you of another man’s loss. Simple question. It’s same like a casino. They pay you only when you win, of another man’s loss. Also when you lose, you lost. Trading a CFD is riba al fadl (basic) riba form in the Hadith of the prophet peace be upon him. You are exchanging the same money vs money because you are not swapping anything it’s a derivative. There is no ownership of actual for example USD/JPY swap. You still trading pounds for more (when you trade correctly) or less pounds (when you lose) because you trading a derivative. A billion dollar trade would not move the market because it’s a derivative. It’s only between you and the broker. You have no ownership of JPY/USD. Also when you lose, you lost your pounds (if you have pound in your account) not dollars or JApanese yen (in this example). In all forms this is not trading but Akin to gambling and has riba involvement with leverage, forget the leverage, this is what they call riba al fadl In it’s purest form since you trading real pound vs real pound in the form of a USD/JPY derivative.

Abu Sa'id al-Khudri reports that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said ‘If gold is sold for gold, silver for silver, wheat for wheat, barley for barley, dates for dates, or salt for salt, then it must be one for one, and immediate exchange. Whoever gives or asks for extra commits usury. The giver and the taker are the same’. This Hadith is exactly speaking about CFD trading because you cannot sell or a buy a currency without its hand to hand and you need to have physical ownership. In this CFD you are not swapping first pound to USD then buying JPY. Your swap is fiction. You still trading pound vs pound. Which is the basic form of this riba. Because you receiving less or more pounds based on what JPY/USD does
