I am with you on the take out thing…..When ordering food on the go, (my husband and I eat only plant based whole food), I will ask for them to leave the cheeses and sour creams off of our bowls, then ask for extra rice and extra beans. Like you said, they will never replace one for the other, they leave the cheeses and sour creams off, but charge for the extra rice. 🤷♀️. There are times that I just head into a grocery store and buy fruits to eat. Loving your vlogs and glad that you are feeling better. ❤.

Loved this video. Just for anybody that this might help: Be very wary of exercising while sick. If it’s viral, you can put yourself at high risk of post-viral fatigue - which is miserable and keeps you sick much longer. It sounds like you recovered Naomi but perhaps had a narrow escape! I learned the hard way when I was sick with a virus and then did a 45 minute HIT workout to “sweat it out”. Little did I know, it was mononucleosis at the time and I remained ill for over a YEAR ☠️ Take care of yourselves out there and rest!

I do wish you would stop using so many paper plates/plastic for sustainability. It was interesting to see you did the non paper plates for lunch (i was thinking perhaps to satisfy the people) but then paper plate again with the brownie.
