I'm currently at a health hydro and was chatting to one of the other guests. She's struggled to find the kind of core strength programmes she knows she needs but can't get up off the floor. I've been following your videos for a few months and seen how well you take exercises my biokinetist has me doing from the floor, and make them accessible for people who are not as strong yet. I've recommended that she follow your page because nowhere else on the internet have I seen exercises programmes or trainers who understand the needs of older people, people with mobility issues, people recovering from long illness, muscle atrophy or people who simply have never exercised in their lives, are battling to move and realise they need to start but don't know where or how to do it safely. Your programmes meet all of these needs.

You inspire people all over the world. I was fortunate to beat breast cancer twice, but chemo and radiation weakened me and I became very slow, unbalanced and unfit. Now I walk my dog early in the morning and do walking exercises whenever I'm up and about. Thank you, you and your sister are still changing lives for the better.

What an amazing story! Thank you so much for the low impact movement exercises. I am a two-time breast cancer survivor. The post cancer medication I am have to take for the next 5-10 years causes major stiffening of my joints and muscles which makes it hard to walk and get out of bed. Your exercises have been a God sent. Thank you for the love and care that goes into every video. Blessings and peace be unto to you!

Your love, compassion, content is so genuine and we need that and Natalie lives on through your mission, and each Video. I’ve mentioned before I love your content, and your story, Natalie’s story inspires me even more. Thank you love for being you. Love and blessings, Sandy in Far Northern California. What a wonderful tribute to your sister! I started following you when she was still in Earth and moved my body with both of you. I have a BMI of 46 and was getting stiff for so little movement. I also suffer from bipolar depression and am just getting from the longest and deepest episode in my life- over a year moving from bed to couch and only going out of the house to see the psychiatrist. Now I have started moving again, with your help. I can't begin to express how much I appreciate your videos both here and in Pinterest, where I learnt from you. So, thank you Justin and thank you Nallie for caring for us who can't follow any of the thousands of fitness coaches out there. You are unique, and Nallie, your gift keeps on giving!

You are one in a million Justin. I'm so sorry for your sisters passing, she was an incredible, inspirational and brave woman. What you do is phenomenal and you're a huge influence and inspiration for me. I have spinal stenosis, degenerative disc disease, in my lumbar spine, and arthritis all through my spine. I've been practicing yoga for 11 years and have only my practical to do to complete my ytt course. Like you I want to make yoga accessible to those who think they can't do it because of limitations. You've been a massive part of my journey to becoming a yoga teacher and I'll be forever grateful to you for that influence. Thank you for being the kind, caring and loving person that you are, much love to you and your family 🥰❤️❤️

Justin, I came across your videos and really enjoy them and do them daily. Especially the ones before walking. I also do the morning wake up one. You are such an inspiration of your journey along with your beautiful sister, may she rest in peace. A very Humble story you speak of yourself, you are a wonderful coach to all of us. So proud of your determination to continue on. I can’t imagine losing a sister. I have gone through two losses my mom and mother-in-law in the last two years so I feel your grief. Keep up the great work that you and your fiancé do together, I have shared your videos with my sisters too as we are all on different exercise paths. God bless you all. ❤

What a beautiful tribute to your sister, for you to keep helping others, including me, I too have thyroid cancer one of the few types like your fiancee and being much older and hitting menopause at the same time I’ve gained weight. I’m still having treatment but I need to get moving, I’ve lost so much I want that to stop. I found you on Pinterest and so decided to come looking here on KZread. My heartfelt sympathies on you losing your best friend and sister Natalie, but I believe she is with you always, whispering in your ear, don’t give up, keep helping others. Your outlook on life will help me I believe too. So before I get started, Thank you
