some of us just need to meditate 5-30 minutes a day for 1 to 2 months straight & the changes we experience are beyond words. Everything u lost is found within.

Yes, that's something I'm experiencing at the moment... I still don't do it daily, even had a one and a half week break by now. But I started it again... Meditation is training and leaves an imprint, which you can see pouring away when you stop doing it... Like with sports... when stop training you won't be able to push the same weights one month later for example. And I will go on! I can see the immediate benefits I'm gaining out of meditation and they already blow my mind... I'm wondering what I'm capable of it one year, or two years, when I can at least stick to meditation for four days a week...

@@mattfranks4335 learn about the benefits of frequencies & how they can help u in ur state of being. Learning this will take u to a different state of being, with enough practice of course. Meditating is all about being & allowing the process of ur higher self to take the wheel. Its about allowing ur intuition to be clear & unbothered by the rational mind allowing in the end for the best version of ur self. Just an advice from me, When u see the truth as it truly is, remember the things u are alive for. Waking up can be as easy or as hard as u need/want it to be.

And at some point, it becomes a habit. I grew up in a horders-household... finally, now as I'm 32 I managed it to have my household clean! For most a thing they never think about, for me the last proof, that you can CHANGE, that you can become BETTER, that there is no limit to who you can become... This was so far down in my rudimentary programming it took me over ten years of conscious effort to get it done... And now, just one and a half months after I reached that point of order, where anytime someone could come visit me, and I keep on doing it I find myself in situations where I sometimes ask myself in awe who I've become... I wanted to skip doing the kitchen. It was late, I was tired, had a good meal and the kitchen looked like shit compared to before cooking... And I simple couldn't leave it like that... I dreaded it, but the last thing I did before going to bed was cleaning up the kitchen and it just took me like 10 minutes or so... This has become a habit! And one of the achievements I'm most proud of in my life so far, if it is not even THE biggest achievement! I used to be lazy and unmotivated, chronically depressed. Now I work-out and meditate, and even start eating better without going radical... Even though these are not yet the habits I want them to be I do know how I can turn them into one... And you might even believe me with this: If I could make it, so can anybody else, as well! The saying "get your shit together" wraps it up perfectly, because that's everything you have to do... And afterwards you'll ask yourself how it could ever have taken you that long... If I would have KNOWN how easy it is to keep your place in order, I never would have taken so long, but I didn't know it better so I overweighed the problem and saw a mountain, where just a plain ol' stone just laid in the middle of the road, which I simply could have bypassed... The same with sports and anything. How can you see, that you are turning a wishful characteristic into a habit? When it affects you more to not do it than to just get it over with!

My friend told me once; There are two types of people, the ones who adapt to the reality and the ones who adapt reality to themselves. But it's not easy. You need to have a vision, you need to have faith in yourself, you need to be persistent, you need to speak truth. Once your actions start to follow your thoughts you'll both physically and metaphysically change your reality. Existence itself is unreasonable and as such it doesn't impose any limitations, the only limit is the one you impose on yourself. Just think about how many times you really needed money and soon of something would pop up to help you. Or when you really like someone and you go all in because you fear of missing the chance, and you get the girl. What we think of as a luck is just our higher self rewarding us when we follow it's guidance called intuition.

@UC4O3lQmeenS_eOSztNLeVeA Morning Mike, thanks for the reply :) I'm trying to not get side-tracked into my b1GGs_story but its hard!!!! I'm also not looking for sympathy, just trying to spread awareness. To answer your question, the short story is perhaps 4 Years. If you want the longer version, GET READY FOR # TMI! :) First, you should know that my Mother was in and out of the mental institution from since I remember. I think I first went into foster care at age 6 when she tried to burn down the house. I try and look on this as the positive that it is as I would have never met such amazing foster parents whom I still consider one of my if not the closest of family. My mother My fresh-faced doctor prescribed me Fluxotine. I started on the lowest dose and managed to work myself up to the strongest as the effects reduced over the years. I would work my butt off at work and then come home, listless and just want to go to sleep. It's only in hindsight that I can now see that it was just escapism from a 'Square peg in a round hole' relationship. All my other hobbies were also that: - Audiobooks, Online gaming, Guitar, etc. All solitary things that would keep me from facing reality. I went from being this submissive child that wouldn't play in front of anyone to being able to busk in a city center, play until a string snapped and carry on like my favorite protagonist. I had conned myself that ..."Yeah... I must have a Chemical in balance in my brain!" Sorry...b cvasnt finish.. having a sMall breakkdonw. Ill try and finish another time3 sorry. Looking throught my past has reminded me of deeper shit that i burried deep. errrrrgggghhhhh ill try and edit this later for you

Working harder is very important.

Being 21 and understanding most of what he says, yet no one around my age of 18 to 21 has any idea. I go to University with people who don't have the discipline, dedication, self motivation and self drive that i find so easy to achieve. I was willing to do the work on myself that took me a year to accomplish, now I've set myself up for life with a growth mindset and not self limiting and sabotaging mindset. I explain to people how it starts with you and only you, take control of your life, don't be afraid of being different (like myself), embrace your differences and shine a light on the world. Unfortunately, they just weren't ready or willing to sacrifice time and energy to achieving their goals. They saw it as hard work, but if you really want change and you work consistently, you will find that it isn't hard work unless you think it is. When you love doing what it is you're doing, it will not seem like hard work, but to others it will.

It's all memory. One tied to a sensing feeling organism. Pushing the boundaries of your memory, your belief ecosystem, produces fear. MOST "successful people" are not risk takers. Not people who "dream", instead they are the ones who have a mind full of rich beliefs. It's really that simple. If you think for example "taking" makes you rich you will never be rich 100% sure-thing. Likewise if you think all it takes is unconditional love, you too will be a beggar. BUT if you believe all is an exchange, hopefully more on your end, you cannot NOT become rich. The trick is engaging in exchange where everybody is happy. It's all belief, its all memory. For without a memory you would nto even know what a boundary was. Poor people have chitty beliefs. One's filled with lack, bitterness, envy, jealousy, sloth and fear. Change those and you cannot stop success.

Question , challenge and Test doesnt mean the person or thing.......It means to look at ur inner self and ask ur self if the information that inputted in ur brain is best for you. They are all looking to make money in someone else's already corrupt system. Basically, a lot of people should just be more honest with themselves instead of over-analysing the fact they will jump through any hoop in order to gain recognition based on the amassing of worthless paper. They go so deep and all it is about is amassing that paper that is used as lubrication for the fatally flawed system. So, they are selling you the system in such vids because it creates so much misery in general. They are selling to everyone the idea that most of the many decent people can escape their chains through thought - when physically, that is not the case. The fact is, there is no reason for so many millions to be unhappy and wish their lives away hoping to embed themselves into the system that makes them so unhappy in the first place. Plus, most rich people, seriously rich people, are already born into it. The rest such as film and tv stars are simply well paid for keeping people distracted. It appears to work a treat.

seawylietxus “think and grow rich” by Napoleon Hill and yes I’ve literally applied it in all areas of my life on my physique I’ve got the body I wanted.. and then when I did track I also won the 200 meter final which is my main goal.. now I’m working on a new project but I thought I watch this video just see if I learn something new but not really it just confirm what I know so yeah read the book it’ll change your life if you apply the instructions given
