I fasted 7 days just water and minerals. The unbearable feeling of hunger lasted up until the 3 day. Thats when ketosis kicked in and boy let me tell you thats hell pf a drug. I was super focused energized, didnt need much sleep probably 3-4 max each night. I felt like I was on the limitless pill. Creativeness, intuition, and even awareness to new senses or filters of perception. I did it because i was depressed and smoking 1 pack of cigarettes in 2 days. IT WORKED! Better than I imagine. I wonder the benefits of fasting 40 days like Jesus

When I was in jail, I got in trouble once and got sent to the “box”. While in isolation no commissary was aloud. All I had in the cell was a bible and a warm water faucet. I took that time to read my bible day and night, I refused all county meals during this time, and just kept reading my bible and resting. Barely moving. I had no outside contact besides talking through the vents. I went 10-11 days with nothing but water. When I was released from the box and sent back to my unit / original cell. All the inmates in my pod asked me had I been working out while in the box. I also finally had access to a mirror. I know it was only 10 days, but I had the clearest skin in my entire life ever. Every single inmate noticed my glow and was astounded. I can only imagine fasting for 40 days like Jesus Christ. He must have had a glow like no man has ever seen. I lost about 25-30 pounds in those 10 days as well.

Book name: Man's Higher Consciousness is a book written by Hilton Hotema I eat only 1 per week and sometime I can last 15 days without food. Everything we learn about food was a lie. I am 165 lbs fit and I drink 88 Oz of water everyday. The first 2 bottle which is 16.7 I put a bit of salt which help me with mass and to hold the water in my body. I go to the gym 6 days per week and I don't get sick, no headache, and in the gym I still lift heavy and don't feel weak like they tell us when little. The eatting 3 time per day was to get product moving and make family richer while we spend our money with no knowledge. Stay safe, this world has wicked people

Fasting has greatly improved my mental clarity. I highly recommend trying sunset dry fasting, where you can eat and drink as you please until sunset and then sleep without consuming anything. This method works wonders for healing the body and preventing illness. Since adopting this practice, I have rarely fallen ill, and when I do, it is short lived.

It really does do wonders. I already kind of ate like that but I will ruin it by doing something like drinking a soda because I didn't know better. And after a long bout of drug addiction and getting clean I got pretty fat for the first time. Well I dropped like 70 lb in about half a year to a year, by intermittent fasting. And my window was normally about 20 hours and I was very strict with it during that time. Now I'm not as strict because I like to break it up. I think that's good to do. So about 1 day out of the week I decide to eat a breakfast. But yeah when I tell people they're like oh that would be hard. It's really not and I get to eat whatever I want in my window. I can't eat enough in that with eating window to tell you the truth. But yeah that weight just came right off me. But I also started sleeping much better and had much better energy. It really worked its way into every aspect of my life. And it just blows my mind that all I needed to be told in life is to breathe, referring to breath work, jumping some ice water, and make sure I fast...... And that's how you stay healthy. I went down this road to lose that weight and then I herniated my disc and all that healed it so quickly compared to the two other discs that I've messed up in my life.

More focus and clarity on my intellectual work. Tooth issues gone. That impossible lower belly fat after having a baby? It has developed legs and is running fast. My exercise is long walks whenever I can, and sometimes 30 mins of slow cool dancing.

In the last 2 days I've been binge eating at night after we break our fast and I went back to consuming sugar and I hate it soooo much cuz it hurts me both physically and mentally so I've decided to go 3 days fast with only water and without food just to get back on track and cleanse my body. i just wanted to say, that there is a difference u fast for cleansing and purification purposes, and another to the ascension proces... Matthew 6:16-18 16 “When you fast, do not look somber as the hypocrites do, for they disfigure their faces to show others they are fasting. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward in full. 17 But when you fast, put oil on your head and wash your face, 18 so that it will not be obvious to others that you are fasting, but only to your Father, who is unseen; and your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.

Day 1 maybe, but in general, do not go swimming when fasting. You neve know how ur body will react to fasting, u can literally drawn if some unwanted problem hits. Fasting is not a joke, it heals, but the process of removing toxins etc, can be very drastic. What if liver/kidney stone goes out when u are swimming in the ocean? YOu think u can block this pain? Well, maybe, but most ppl say they just lie on the floor crumbling in pain, when u add swimming and doing any physical effort, especially when fasting - well, good luck getting to the shore

In the video different types of fasting and effects on the body and purpose of the fast has been explained but there is judgement raining like a hail storm.
