I agree with 100% of the video but the thing that helped me actually clear 70% of my acne was fixing my SLEEP schedule. Used to sleep 4-6 hours a day, moved it to 8-10 and in 2 months 70% of the acne was gone. 0 products used 0 changes in diet. I know everyone is different but if you're trying everything and don't see results and you know you lack sleep, try improving on the sleep schedule.

Ohh maybe that's my problem too cuz I slept good back in days when I didn't have acne now i rarely sleep 2-3 hours and somedays not even sleep i should try this

@@curse8345 I can assure you that drinking 2-3L water a day, eating as minimal amounts of sugar as possible and sleeping 8-10 hours will clean atleast 50% of your acne in 1-3 months, even if you don't have any skincare routine yet and just wash your face with water twice a day.

Great tips! And speaking of “Skin…” One of the best ways to keep your skin healthy is to actually protect it from the sun. So you should definitely do the following if you’re serious… Use sunscreen as much as possible when you’re out in the sun - maybe, every 2-3 hours. And if you’re going for a swim, perhaps more often. And try staying in the shade if you can, especially around 10am to 4pm, that’s when the sun does the most damage to your skin. And finally, wear clothes that will protect you from the sun, and of course - don’t forget to wear shades! Because your future just might get a bit too bright, if you start using these tips.
