People are saying A55 looks washed out, but several months ago y'all were complaining about A54's oversaturation which made everything look fake in a typical Samsung fashion. You people can't be pleased.

in some situations, A54 is better, except for stabilization.

I was expecting A55 to be fairly ahead of the A54. But to be honest, there isn't much of a difference. While in some case A55's pics looks pale and underexposed, however, the main camera video quality is great on A55. Definitely need a camera update. A54's pictures has nice warm colours in various scenarios and i kinda liked that. Plus the price difference makes A54 a better choice i think.

Collaboration, a fresh nice idea💡👍. A55 photos looked too pale, or no? Dariusz, a suggestion: There's no way we can tell which phone has the colours right, with skin colour or car colours etc, that's where I hope you'll jump in and tell us which one has the best colours or most natural in your opinion. That is important. Now after watching this it's just more confusing. First video clip, Ben's selfie video, why such a huge difference in skin colour? A54 had clearer view and better colors in my opinion, but what did you think? A55 selfie video was so pale, and also in most photos look how much starting at 03:34 👈 click. But later on with A55 back camera colours were different suddenly nicely boosted. You're English is perfect just comment and talk more it will make comparisons much more informative and even better to watch. Thanks for all your great content from me in Turku, Finland 🇫🇮

Both phones takes great pictures. The skin tone and colour accuracy isn't perfect on both. I would say it's something between both.

Waited until the A55 came out and bought A54 on sale. There is absolutely no reason to spend on A55 which is the same phone as last year but nearly $200 more expensive. If you want pretty much the same specs but cheaper go with A54. If you want to give a bit more money go to S24 or S23FE instead. The pricing of A55 is no where near reasonable for what Samsung are offering.

You can easily find a55 in stores online for a price not so higher than a54. I got my a55 for example paying 316 € that is around 200€ less than the price at launch.

after installing oneui 6.0 on my a54 the camera became yellowish and over saturated. hopefully it will be fixed in the upcoming 6.1

Can i ask you a question? I wonder whether it's worth upgrade from A52s to A54 about the camera part, is there a huge improvement? I don't much serious about the chipset performance, exynos 1380 is good enough for me (I owned a tab s9 fe)

In my opinion and especially given the current difference in price between the two devices The 54 is the Winner for Me. I don't find the photo quality of the 55 to be any better.

It's pretty ok

I really dislike how mixed every result is on every device. Its never as simple as... You pay more money, you get better camara. NEVER.. its allways, you have better contrast on this Expensive camara, but the color on the ultra wide on this mid range is a better. You can have better stabilization on the A55 on selfie mode, but the night video IS sharpness will be better on the A54. You can have more Zoom and detail on the S23 Ultra, but you will get better skin tones on the A54 in certain lighting conditions. Same with camaras, same with gimbals, same with all tech. They can never just make it better all around as it gets more expensive. The Samsung A52 I have is still better in low light than a Pixel 6, Samsung S21, and a bunch of other much more expensive phones. But those have better EIS. 😂

You're right, it's frustrating

The truth is that the A54 only has weaker stabilization and the rest seems to be the same or not much different The video in the A55 is brighter but oversharpened, same about the photos It's a bit poor from Samsungs part that they improved stabilization at the expense of sharpness but you can't have everything for less than £500 can you 😏 I was waiting for this comparison and now I know that buying used S23+ will be a better choice Same price much better parameters... @@TechnologyMan9575 I live on eBay mate, where is possible to purchase used S23+ 8/256GB variant for £420-450, £500-520 for a new one (opened never used) so what is the purpose to buy this I would say (comparing to S23+) rubbish for not much less? Does it make sens at all? Only positive of A55 is a one year more updates and that's all... Oh, and maybe Exynos if someone prefer them xd

I have tried the camera but not really impressed. Samsung needs to do something to improve it

Fair enough. Stabilization is better on a55 for sure but in terms of pictures some of the shots I also prefer on the a54

I heard exactly at SAMSUNG Page that this A55 is not suitable for pool and beach use.

A55 has improved that horrible color oversaturation. Congrats, but not a reason to switch. For a switch, get a S23 FE and enjoy a 3X Zoom, better portrait, video portrait, Samsung DeX, etc.
