Hello 👋 It’s really depend on your choice of living. Definitely you can save more in Dubai as it’s tax free and cost of living is almost equivalent to Germany. However, if you are looking for work life balance and permanent residence then you can get in Germany in 2 to 3 years. Again, it also depends on which domain you are looking job into.. work life balance in Europe is great 👍

IT jobs in Dubai are fine and salary depends on your work experience .. On average , with 3-5 yrs of experience, you will get 15-25k dirhams per month and this depends on company to company. In Germany, IT sector jobs are good and high paying as well , for similar experience net salary per month falls between 3-4K. Work life balance is quite better in Germany and IT job prospects are more here as country is into tech n innovation. If you are looking for long term stay and permanent residence then Europe is good for you. If you are looking to save more and want to live closer to India then Dubai is good option.
