I grew up with Charlie Brown and the peanuts gang back in the 60's and to my recollection he was not only my favorite cartoon but really the only one that I can very clearly remember. It now makes perfect sense to me when Charles Schultz says that the cast of Peanuts represent children's outrageous cruelty towards one another. That really seems just to spill right over into adulthood as well. But here's the real issue here when I was younger I had many of these Peanuts cartoon books and I watched every holiday special that Charles Schultz put out every year so when I did some research into my fondest memories of the past I was shocked to learn that the correct spelling for Peanuts creator was actually Charles Schulz I was literally flabbergasted and shocked because his name was on not only every cover but also on each and every comic strip that he ever wrote. And many other people have exactly the same memory as me. Not only that when I purchased an old Peanuts book one that I had actually owned and I remember this distinctly it had a red cover and it's title was "You Can't Win Charlie Brown" I was shocked to see that it indeed had somehow been supernaturally altered to read Charles Schulz. I also distinctly remember as part of his licensing contract no one was to draw the characters from Peanuts after his death so I was amazed when they came out with that horrible Peanuts movie with the obscene sound track that totally desecrated the cartoon strip. I just thought that I'd say my piece with all of that and have a little peace of mind.

You should have researched "How to Type" and/or "When and/or Where, a Typist/Writer, Should Insert a Comma." Good Grief. I thought my Typing Skills were lacking (and they are, not that i am bragging.) Thanks, peanutway, for making my Typing skills (or lack, thereof) look, better, by comparison.

They said noone can continue the strip. The movies and specials are noncanon. Most of the time they take old comic strips and put them together.

@@ArtofWEZ Why jump to such wild conclusions as the Mandela Effect when pedestrian explanations are so obvious? Have you never seen anyone alter their name or the spelling of their name over time, especially surnames that are ethnicity signifiers? Have you never seen a famous person (or specifically a writer) go by various iterations of a name? Or mistakes that become repeated because of something as simple as a misprint? If you’re looking for excitement and a sense of community, join a club or get a hobby. Don’t perpetuate conspiracies that make people more vulnerable to disinformation, please.

I loved reading Peanuts as a little girl and as a teenager. And I can totally relate to Charlie Brown since like him, I was the insecure and unpopular type in school.

Insecurities and trials that we have...yeah, he summarized it all up so well...👌🏼 After hearing all this from the creator himself, I now have a greater appreciation for Lil' Folks...aka Peanuts...aka Charlie Brown...aka Snoopy...and the whole bunch...💯✔️
