Gee... that is not 'pesto'! 'pesto' comes from the verb 'pestare', meaning 'to crush'... it's a sauce and not just pieces of basil and sliced garlic, what a disgrace...

You should see what's called pesto here.Some of it looks like Kermit The Frog got run over by a train.
Why does an English speaking, seemingly British guy cook and explain this dish? Cultural appropriation at it's best...
