Claudia was open to most ideas and was surprisingly self-assured for one who hadn't yet dipped a toe into fashion. She looked fantastic in her final look. Trinny 'got' Claudia and Claudia 'got ' herself.

Wow..Claudia's real personality (bubbly and confident) comes shining out at the end. Looking fabulous brings out her inner fabulousness.

She looks fantastic after the makeover. What a lovely nature Claudia has. Not a jot of arrogance. Really enjoyed watching this.

Agree! The whole point of the shows to help change wardrobes, but we rarely see many outfits on the ladies.

I like how Claudia was committed to change - right from the start. She actively participated in her "metamorphosis" ❤ Well done Claudia and Trinny!

Claudia as a beautiful girl but she did look like she was sixteen and very boyish. Now she looks 22 and much more polished and even more beautiful. Loved her hair, such a difference.

I suspect that Claudia is actually really brave with fashion, she just needed that bit of confidence. It would be fascinating to follow up with your Trinny Makeover ladies a year later, I'd personally love to see where Claudia takes her style.

It was thanks to Trinny and Suzanna that got me out of my “there’s nothing I can do to look better “ mode many many years ago. I was overweight, frumpy and just down on my looks and it was the two of them that convinced me to dress the person/body I am now and then it just spiraled upwards into a tornado of self confidence and a love for fashion. I lost a lot of weight back then and since gained it back but even then, I haven’t given up that mind set. I still look and dress nicely. I present really well now. And that’s due strictly to those two ladies. I bet Claudia will not go back to Frumpy McSlouchy again. Her sunshine absolutely shines through.

Thanks so much Trinny and Claudia. My daughter is 22 and dresses in this exact schlompy way, with orange track pants and brown top(yes schlompy is a word - we use it!). We also call it marshmallow dressing. We live in Melbourne, Australia, the most locked down city of the world, so she really missed out on transitioning into adult clothing. We had the benefit of a mother-daughter make over in your NYC store when it opened just before Covid, so this advice will really resonate with her! Thanks both!
