The Tragic Story Of My Failed Interventions | Steve-O

It's no secret that I'm an alcoholic drug addict who has been clean and sober since my Jackass buddies organized an intervention on me, but I've never told the story of the interventions which came before that and, obviously, failed. It's definitely a tragic video, but it's nice to know that things worked out pretty well (so far, at least) after it...

The fact he's sober now is so heart warming. The world would be a shitty ass place without him.

Crazy to think he is the most sober and successful of the whole jackass crew now.

Unbelievable memory after frying his brain on all those drugs.

If it wasn't for him having everything on tape, you'd think Steve-o was just a pathological liar.

I love how while he's explaining all the crap that went down in his life, you can tell he was just bear hugging a dog for like 2 hours before this. He has so much hair on him it's crazy. I'm really happy for Steveo, he really has become an icon of sobriety. I never thought he would be able to get his life together considering how deep into drugs he was, but here he is. Truly inspirational.

I grew up watching you in Jackass and Wildboyz, always stood out to me because of how simultaneously crazy and happy-go-lucky you are. Ive been struggling with alcoholism and cocaine addiction for the past few years and it's pretty inspiring to see how you turned your life around and got clean after all the shit you went through. I know it probably wouldn't get as many views as some of your other content, but it'd be dope if you shared more about how you attained sobriety. Much love my dude 👍

Growing up watching Steve O we all knew he had a serious drug/alcohol addiction, I’m really really glad he got help and became sober, and super glad he’s still alive and healthy ! Congrats Steve O keep it up! Huge fan !
