Thank you Declan! I changed the way I approach my videos recently, and quality is once again at the forefront... I got a bit caught up in just putting videos out for the schedule, rather than the passion. I love this run it made me like damion but it does feel like your only getting part of the story sometimes because important things happen in other titles that aren't included in this omnibus but I do love this omnibus anyway

I hope DC collects peter J Tomasi's recent detective run in omnibus format

Im normally just a comment for the algorithm boy but that silent issue when it first came out then reading it again in HC's when they came out fucking crushed me both times. Haven't found a chance to pick up the entire omni so I've only read the chunks relating to Morrison's run but still.

I love Peter j tomasi Batman and robin series because that series was fantastic and tons of fun and did actually foreshadowed there time on Superman with Clark and Lois raising there son with my boy Jonathan Samuel Kent superboy and Damian Wayne robin becoming the super sons which made me so happy 😀

I love this run just saying

Such a good run. Love the interaction between Alfred and Damian. I think alfred is really funny in this series. I also love tomasi 's superman run from the bit ive read.(only have the first 2 trades so far) I have the 3 batman grant Morrison's omnibus prior to this run but haven't read them yet. Great video

Fist off I'm a fan of the Dark Knight, however if I needed more "family development" I'd sooner watch the fast and furious. This sounds as about as much fun as a Tuesday in Birmingham (fucking birmingham) Can i say that? I've been there so, I guess it's ok?Fresh review. Super Sons was fun, but I prefer a lil more grit when Bruce is written. Hmm 🤔 Now if Brubaker did a story that would be minging. Thank you, but I think I'll put my 100 dollars towards the 52 Batwoman instead. Woof Woof! ✊🏽

If there's one thing Dom can teach us about... it's FAMILY! Haha! It was a good change up, but I'm like yourself and like my Batman a bit more gritty, a child should never be more brutal than the Dark Knight haha! Another perfect example of a run somewhat diminished by events/tie ins I wish runs could actually run and not be interrupted and the fact they leave out key issues is a bit of a goof on DC once again. Another good vid Marcus I think I’ll pass on this one

You can't please everybody. For each of you who wish that comics not be involved in events, there will be others who'll say, "What were they in the same universe for? What were they doing during the event?"

@@rap3208 it’s more the point if it needs to even tie in like some runs Ed brubakers captain America for example tied with civil war just fine but things like this seem to break the flow like they had to have one of the title characters gone because someone else wanted to kill them off it just sucks for the team writing the story there trying to tell

Weak run for me. Needed a ridiculous invasion of Darkseid's homeworld and that still couldn't save it... There were some good moments (mainly with Nightwing) mixed with plenty of meh. I don;t get Bats books to see a watered down JLA/JLS offering... Stick with Snyder and the Detective stuff. Didn't even have key plot points...

i didnt like it felt like a mish mash of stories jumbled together and after readinf it i have no idea waht the plot is and what was going on there are references that kind of make it feel like it has a plot but its like marvel where to get closure or just to get the basic plot feels like your gonna have to buy a load more books justy to get the jist of what is really going on and its a load of action series that dont really fit together and it just jumps around from one plot line to another and it doesnt make any sense whic is bad for dc cause got loads of batman omnibuses and they read like a self contained story not just jumping from one plot to another and the only thing that keeps it together is fact its batman and robin and small refernces to things that happened in previous parts of a bigger story thats never addressed in this book shame but there it is
