Starring Johnny Depp and Angelina Jolie a weird but easy on the eyes pair is the greatest satisfaction one can obtain while watching this quite literally beautiful movie. The movie features the breathtaking locations in the France. The soundtrack is just complimenting for the scenes in the movie. Angelina as usual does what she does best is to bewitch the audience with just her charisma and incomparable beauty. And johnny shines like a star with the fluidity of his expressions and demeanor.

I dislike the reviews everyone is giving on this movie. I love it because it's made just the way movies used to be made in the 50's, and that makes me want to watch it again and again. When movies were not only a story, but when they were a theatrical and visual masterpiece. Love it! The plot is a bit classic, but sometimes it's better than search to present the unseen and then fail miserably. Definitely worth watching.

Great movie, best plot twist, masterpiece! Though I'm a teenager, I couldn't resist watching these kind of movies, hope to see more movies of Johnny and Angelina together

You might enjoy watching old Alfred Hitchcock movies from the 40s and 50s. This had a similar feel to those old movies. Many great movies to choose from, like North by Northwest, Vertigo, Strangers on a Train… and many more.

This was one of the worst films. I spent a lot of money taking my girlfriend to gold class for this, only to be embarrassed by such a bad film. Johnny wasn’t a character actor here…

I agree. 2 of my favorite actors. Angelina and Johnny (who is oh so beautiful). Can't get any better. AND Paul Bettany is in it too! I wish they did another movie together but.... They don't like each other very much.

Honestly, I wasn’t really a fan of either of these stars in general before seeing this… but I LOVED this movie! It is pure fun! It doesn’t take itself too seriously (like so many movies these days). It is just a fun ride with an old-school Hitchcock feel to it. A care-free breezy romp with beautiful Venice as the backdrop. Love it!

@@ritahorvath8207 lol - well, I’m over 50, and I loved it! (and I’ve seen thousands of movies). It had a fun Hitchcock feel to it and didn’t take itself too seriously. Just a fun breezy caper through beautiful Venice. It surprised me, as I’m not really a fan of other of the 2 stars in general.

I personally like this movie, and I don't care if some people don't share the same opinion. Everybody has his/her own taste. it's pointless to argue over this. :)

I've always wanted to see Venice. Always wanted to go there with a loved one. I was going through heartbreak when I watched this movie. And I thought to myself "that's it, I'm not going to wait for someone. I deserve to get a break from all the emotional abuse so I'm going there alone". And so I did. This was 6 years ago... Last August, I returned to Venice. But this time, I went with a mended heart and a loving girlfriend. This movie will forever remain in my heart.

I only came here because of Muse. Okay, a little bit because of Johnny Depp too..

It's been years, but I just had to come back here to thank this trailer for really sparking my interest in Muse. Before seeing this trailer (really, I'm not going to talk about the movie at all), I just thought that was cool music. Now when I rewatch it, all I can think is "Muse, Muse Muse". Now they're one of my favorite bands! ♥

I really liked the movie, a great twisted plot, the intrigue persists almost to the end, action, beautiful shooting

+Clark Bautista The orignal french film ' Antony Zimmer ' has a rediculous plot twist in the end making the whole film totally unbelievable. The American remake totally fucks up the whole story even more, by adding totally superfluous plot twists and putting even more rediculous elements in the story. Absolute waste of money. And yes, the acting is shit.

There is something captivating about this movie and the trailer for a someone who specialized in being adventurous and secretive...

I watch this movie today on tv can't believe was 8yrs ago😉

When she burned the letter at the cafe would the cop still have ran up to her if she didnt leave to try and save the letter before it was destroyed? I thought the point was to be hidden from her but it looked like the cop was going to run up either way.
