Great video :) im going the 14th aug - 25th aug. I dont have "planned" campsites yet, is it easy enough to find campspots if i just go refugee to refugee, or is it hard and has to be planned beforehand, do i have to be in x time etc? im really getting stressed about the amount of planning, and feel like just going, but i also dont want a 500 euro fine or smthing, or whatever they do in switzerland. I will be sleeping in a carinthia bivibag, so i can hide easily in forrests etc, but i dont know

Hiya, I did it the last week of July. Your date should be fine, so long as there's been no heavy snow over the winter. The staff in each refuge will know what the route is like Good luck!

I just downloaded the classic low level route. Then downloaded the alternate routes after. I can't remember from where, but it should be easy to find. It's incredibly well signposted

can you pay up front to these campsites? or do you need to book in advance and where do you do that?

I didnt book, just made sure I had enough time to find somewhere else to stay if it was fully booked. Loads of places to wildcamp once high up away from sight

You can open up a butcher's shop with all these names you are butchering 🙂😭 great video so far
