Are the transitions slow and jerky for anyone else? I thought it might be the speed of my Mac, but no. Please help

Quick question: Are the transitions created for horizontal video only? I tried it with a vertical video and it doesn't look like it's supposed to. Thank you so much for providing these!

Amazing work Denver, these transitions are really good! Bonus points because they're free!

I found a solution its pretty bulky but it works. -First make sure you've got the transitions pack downloaded. -Then open up your motion templates folder after going to Movies -Then you want to create 4 new folders (if they aren't in there already). You want to name each one specifically “Titles”, “Effects”, “Generators” and “Transitions”. -IMPORTANT STEP!!! ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ This step is extremely important or it won't work, you have to highlight all of the files so they are all selected and hit Command+ i. Once you do so it will pop up the file info for each folder, you then have to then click the small dropdown arrow next to the name tab. For example: If I did the transitions one first, I would click the name/something tab and then add .localized to it. You MUST do this for each of the 4 folders, then restart fcpx and open up the infinity symbol and voila CGC Transitions is now there with all of the transitions! Edit: There has been an update since this guy posted the video, this solution 100% works rn

Same here, found the movie folder though and that's as far as I can get, perhaps because I am using the trial version?

Disappointed, when playing the transition I get a band of weird video on either side of the screen lasting a fraction of a second, but renders the transition worthless. Any suggestions?

Great information and what I was looking for my next project.

Thank you, but you did miss one thing. If the Effects or Transitions folders are not within Motion Templates folder then you will not be able to see these files. Also, you have to right click each folder (Transitions & Effects) and go under Name and Extensions and put Transitions.localized and Effects.localized for each folder. And each folder needs to be spelled correctly with a capital letter at beginning.But thank you for the awesome pack! Just wanted to include this because I had to do all of this and search another video.
