Stefon Diggs stayed close to home because his father passed away and with a lot of siblings in the family he was kind of the man of the house so that's why he went to Maryland.

And it all worked out. His brother Darez played at UAB and Trevon played at Bama and is now with the Cowboys. I’m sure his dad is proud.
Crazy that Derrick Henry has the high school rushing record at a little over 12,000 yards yet he was ranked 12th in 2013.

Henry is a freak but it takes a bit to unlock him. As a Tennessee Titans fan most of us know that he isnt the fastest RB in the league but he accelerates once he gets a hole to go through and he powers his way to big gains.

Running backs don't last all that long especially if a team is built around a rushing attack. Todd had two good years or so then dropped off the map real quick.
@8MoneyIzmyMission8
2 жыл бұрын
@Evan Williams he actually had 3 very good years, 2 being elite years. His time in the spotlight reminded me of Leveon Bell. Nowadays RBs are just super injury prone. None last any amount of time for be called the best. Last good crop that lasted a decent time was AP, Foster, Lynch, McCoy, Charles, etc I do, however, see Nick Chubb maintaining a nice 10 year career. Zeke is still a top 5 back despite the hate (1000 yards 10 TDs plus 300 receiving and 2 TD), and Dalvin Cook, knock on wood, can stay up for around 13-14 games a year. I need to see one more year of Jonathan Taylor to see if his durability will hold up. Derrick Henry, it hard to say because they are running him into the ground, but he is elite at RB and I hate it til my heart burns because he's a former Bama player, but the guy has been elite over the last 4 years and even the year prior to that run, he was great in a split role with Demarco Murray.
I met jameis at an autograph signing. he seems like a good guy. He asked my dad (who at the time was 7’0 280) if he wanted to be his TIght end

Damn this a talented top 10 and 6 of them have had good careers. There were other 5 stars like Landon Collins, Andrus peat, Nelson Agholor, Malcolm Brown, Dante Fowle, Duke Johnson, Ronald Darby, Joshua Garnett, Kyle Murphy, and Arik Amrstesd. Some of these guys haven't quite panned out but it's cool to see how their talent flashed at the high school level.

I always love seeing the video of Stefon Diggs committing to Maryland. He was everything the Terps were hoping for and then some. Because of him guys like DJ Moore, Dontay Demus, and Rakim Jarrett wanted to come here. And the impact wasn't just on receivers. Anthony McFarland, Demeioun Robinson, Nick Cross the list goes on. Diggs was one of the best things to happen to Maryland recently.

It was heartbreaking to see Winston become mediocre on the Bucs during the years. Shows that sometimes great college players don't transition well to the pros.
@JDBass36
2 жыл бұрын
That's probably the majority of college players. When you have a Randy Moss facing a 5th String corner. It becomes to big of a mismatch. That's why college football be having 50 point games wins weekly. The talent on the field is not equal across the board
@nathan.d.c

The biggest issue with Jameis and the Bucs was the fact that we never had a solid coaching staff and nobody built a team around him. That's sorta why I knew going to NOLA would be a great idea. Sean Payton believed in him, and having Brees there for a year really seemed to give Jameis a new shot of life.

I remember this class well. It was probably my final year keeping up with college football on a daily basis as I was working most Saturdays. This recruiting class was one of the last great productive classes. This was kind of the years before quarterbacks and edge rushers began to predominate landscape of the game and established programs like Texas and Florida began their downward trends and Florida State began heading upwards with Oregon and the ACC in general trending upwards.
I got to watch Green Beckham live multiple times when he was in high school and he was absolutely incredible. It's a shame he had so many issues off the field.

I remember being in middle school and watching Jonathan Gray play against my high school varsity team two different times in the Texas UIL playoffs. Only high school to hold him under 100 rushing yds his Jr year I think, which was the 2nd time we faced Aledo. But adding in his receiving yds he had well over 100 all purpose yards. Never seen such talent in a RB like that ever since. Wish he could’ve handled his college career a little bit by sitting out a year

Longhorn here, Gray had talent and flashed during his time at Texas. He and Malcolm Brown were a good tandem together. The Achilles injuries (I remember watching one live in ‘13 versus WV) really hampered his production-along with the fast spiraling of the program. Also, his 4 years were Mack’s final two and Charlie’s first two-so there wasn’t really any consistency or winning culture. Hats off to him though for staying the course with the University. I’m sure his dad (former Longhorn Jerry Gray) was a factor in that.
that's gonna be a certified banger as usual, thanks for the content KTO !!

I almost Spit my drink out seeing Diggs, he's been the best for us in Buffalo along with Allen
My favorite Dorial Green-Beckham moment was when he was taken out of a game because he made Yeezy cleats for the NFL “my cause my cleats” campaign

Never understood how Diggs slipped so many radars, I remember as an Iowa fan living in Minnesota and having seen him play, having to convince my Vikings friends they got a star player late. Was mostly met with “yeah yeah whatever”
Green Beckham’s wasted career hurts man. The dude was so hyped when he was recruited.
Impressive how many of these guys did so well
As someone who grew up watching Jonathan Gray I can say without a shadow of a doubt he would’ve been one of the top running backs in the NFL right now if he wouldn’t have been injured.
Let’s goo. Love all these posts kto
Watching Jameis and being from Tally and watching so many home games was pure electric to say the least
I don't know if you or anyone else has done it before, but you should do a video on the 2017 RB class for the NFL draft. I just noticed it when doing research today, but that class is hands down the greatest RB class in NFL history, and maybe the best positional class ever period. That class had L. Fournette, C. Mccaffrey, D. Cook, J. Mixon, A. Kamara, K. Hunt, James Conner, A. Jones, Chris Carson, AND Austin Ekeler(UDFA) in it. That is 10 star to superstar RBs in a single draft class. And that's not to mention other great backs like D'onta Foreman, Matt Breida, Marlon Mack, Jamaal Williams, Tarik Cohen, and Wayne Gallman.
"The road to the Super Bowl is never easy, but the road to your *super balls* is a few clicks away." Sounds like KTO has taken a page out of Five Points' playbook when talking about his sponsor
