It’s disconcerting when you lose your tools. I got dengue fever in Haiti and couldn’t open my eyes...being a professional photographer it was a little...weird. Glad you got through your episode.

Yes it took about 10 days to fully recover. That strand of (1 of 5) virus effects the orbital muscles around the eyes, I had pry them open the get going again and they were sore for awhile but it was worrisome nonetheless.. I’m happy about the voice recovery of God’s anointed singer. A word to the brown believers or any believers please don’t get caught up in skin color idolatry. God so love the “WORLD” he gave his only begotten Son that WHOSOEVER believeth on him shall not perish but have everlasting life. All colors matter not one over the other. Said with agape Bless You

Shalom little Sister, I hear you on the sinus condition. I live in Los Angeles and the weather and pollution is crazy on the vocals. I was in Jamaica in August 2020, it is beautiful over there. And you're right about keeping up with training your voice. Thanks for the post and keep pressing. P.S. You ladies are a gift.

Is your voice sore and irritated? If so, you may need to see an ENT. Rest your voice in the meantime, drink lots of water, and get plenty of rest.
